Thanks Zack. I can feel the difference as I am gaining my strength back. I think I am in more of recomp mode now. Muscles are fuller (esp chest and shoulders) and my waist is down to 34 1/4.

Summary:
I am adding daily quick comment (above) on GI issues and removing skin condition.

I felt energetic and relaxed all day and I am also feeling the thermogenic effect. I wanted to wait a few days to confirm it since I have not experienced this effect since start, but it is definitely there. If you have read my logs before, you know I hate sweating I try everything I can to minimize sweating. This could have been masking the thermo effect since now. My only viable explanation. If you are thinking of using fat burner type of supplements, you gotta expect it. So I will deal with it.

I had good appetite today and took in lots of carbs and protein. Chicken breast, edamame, black beans and corn, salsa, quinoa, salmon, long hot peppers, Protean and few cookies.

Today's workout of choice ??? Back.

Started off with low cable rows. This is new, so I am trying to guage my strength on this. Pyramided up to 190 lbs. Stopped there as I was losing form towards the end. Light wide grip pulldowns to rest the arms a bit, then onto Hammer Iso Rows for 4X Mass at 320 lbs. This weight is getting lighter, so I will thinking about adding to it next week. Went to Strive Pulldowns to get more stretch into lats, then heavy pulldowns with V grip. Pyramided upto 190 lbs before i started leaning at rep 4, so I stopped right before and dropped weight to 145 lbs for 6 good reps.

Why have a stopped doing pull ups ? Unfortunately, my wrists and elbows will not let me. I really feel the effects of the injury on the pull ups for some reason. I will add them back in when it heals.

Some high rep shrugs to finish off back and then to Hammer wide chest press.

Started at 180 lbs and pyramided up to 360 lbs. I only stopped because my right elbow started burning. I don't know my max yet on this exercise yet due to this, but 360 lbs is a high for me so it is now a PR.

Strengh gains continue, but I maybe holding some water.
The stack is still doing it's job. No bloat or GI issues for me. Also, no gas or any other digestive issues. The "movements" are also nice and clean and solid and time spent in the bathroom emptying bowels are much less. Veins continue to appear and I have more of a V shape as I think my waist has gotten smaller again. This with shoulders and chest being fuller, it gives a nice illusion in the mirror.

Summary:
Last softball game of the season.

It was a fun relaxed game and we took it to our opponents with everybody hitting and getting on base. I played first base and had to stop a bad hop grounder with my leg which left a nice bruise. My pitcher also handcuffed me on 2 throws from close up which I had to catch with my bare hands that left my hands bruised. Oh well. All part of the game.

I went 2 for 4. I should have had another hit, but ump blew the call. Honest !!! I had several RBIs and scored 2 runs. Also had a homerun to left center on a line that i did not have to run especially hard to run out. In 2 weeks, I go back to the competitive league and start another season of fall doubleheaders.

Any EBF reps... how long can Recompadrol be run before cycling off? I know on the bottle it says 6 weeks and FU here is running at twice the length of that... just wondering :) I'm doing a natty cycle here near October and just finished my first bottle. Wondering if I should take some time off before starting it up again when my cycle starts.

Summary:
I need a better camera. I look leaner and when I move the muscle definition and separation look much better, but it does not translated into pictures. Maybe it's the room I take the picture from. Maybe it's the lighting. I am not sure. Maybe I need to do a posedown on video to show it better. That might be too ghey. I know. I tried it and I am never putting that on internet. I am hesitating making any changes because comparison to initial pictures won't look right in different conditions. OK, done venting.

Appetite comes and goes it looks like. I just don't think about eating on certain days. I only remind myself I need to eat because it's time to take supplements. I am working out like gangbusters and I am eating less than maintenance. My metabolism maybe down or there is serious recomp going on. OK, done venting again.

I ate some chicken, tilapia, quinoa, long hot peppers, green beans, protean, stuffing, sweet potatoes and a slice of angel food cake. FYI - I know how to spell protein. LOL. The protean I am mentioning is the Iforce Protean - a new staple of mine. Also, my love of quinoa is upping the carb count, but I can't stop eating it.

Went to the gym late after a nice 2 hour nap. I felt energetic and ready to kill.

Shoulders is what I will destroy.

Started with Machine Laterals to get the shoulders warmed up, rear delt machine to hit the back of the shoulders and upright rows to get a nice stretch before the shoulder press. The upright rows really felt great today, so I did 6 sets instead of 4. Shoulders were not pumped up, but showed really good definition after I was done with these supporting exercises. Time to feel the pain.

Started the Body Masters Shoulder Press at 140 lbs to warm up and moved up the pyramid. Damn, I was really feeling good as I was able to lift slow and felt the weight go up each time. Really good focus on these lifts. I decided to jump the weight by 30 lbs every set this time instead of 20 lbs and made it upto 300 lbs with no issues. At 330 lbs, I did the normal 6 reps absolutely clean. Now I am upto 360 lbs. This would be a new PR. Last PR was 350 lbs for 4 reps. At 360 lbs, I was able to press the weight up 5 times for a new PR. Whoa, where did that come from ? My strength has been increasing with more lifting. Looks like more lifting is what the body wants and i will continue until the gains stop. Strength increase gives me such an alpha feeling and just re-emphasizes in my mind why I love lifting. I knocked some plates off and dropped down for 2 drop sets. Now my shoulders were on fire and pumped up. Hey Planet Fitness....i like to lift things up and put them down....so bite me, I would never entertain the idea of joining your gym. LOL....vent # 3 !

Got some biceps work in at a new PR for strive biceps curl and I was done. I felt aching in my biceps and that is a nice feeling.

Haven't done cardio in a while during this non-stop lifting cycle. Not forgettong it. i will include it soon.

Today was day 7 my get cut or die trying cycle. So far, 6 days of heavy lifting and 1 off day for softball. My joints are holding up so far. My wrist is feeling better and I can deal with elbow burns for now.

Summary:
Boring day at work. Not much going on. Energy was good and it ended up being a relaxing day. Thermogenic effects continues to intensify. i was feeling warm all day even at rest.

I was hungrier than normal. Portions were bigger than normal. I had half rotisserie chicken, seafood salad, roast beef, quinoa and protean. Lots of protein and I ended up getting 250 grams of protein.

I got home and took another long nap. I ended up going to the gym at midnight. My regular gym was closed, so to the 24 hour gym I went.

I started with Hammer Strength Flat bench press machine. It is like a flat bench press lying down, but with hammer strength handles and arms. I felt really strong, but I also felt burning on my elbows in the beginning. I went up the pyramid and elbow started feeling better. Weird. I went all the way up to 410 lbs for 2 on set 7 and dropped down to 270 lbs for 8 to finish off. Nothing beats laying down bench press type of movement. My chest was already pumped to the max and so were my triceps.

I moved onto the Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press. I felt really strong and i quickly went up the short pyramid. On my 5th set, I loaded 380 lbs for 6 slow reps for a new personal best. I was really proud of myself to being clean on form as well. The pump all over my upper body was ridiculous.

To finish off, I went to the machine flyes. This gym had a machine that went all the way up to 250 lbs. This allowed me to really test myself. 150 lbs was too easy. 210 lbs was hard. I settled on 195 lbs and finished with 5 good sets. Not as many sets, but plenty of overload on weight today. I was satisfied and I was done. It was also 1 AM and I was ready to go to sleep.

This is day 8 and it really made up for yesterday's bad day. The flow is back baby !

Summary:
Day 9 of 9 lifts in 10 days. Almost at the end. No major issues with rest, DOMS or joint pains yet. My muscles feel solid and I think I gained lean mass during this cycle. We shall see next Thursday.

I have a calm relaxed feeling with quiet energy. Work was a breeze and I was feeling great.

Appetite was solid today and I was very pleased with the final macros for today getting 250 grams of protein again. I ate couple steaks, quinoa, chicken breast, some long hot peppers and a lot of protean.

At the gym, I had an extended session as i did not want to leave without hitting another angle of the back. a lot of pulldowns today with various grips and a PR on one of those exercises.

I started with shoulder grip pulldowns to simulate pull ups. If I get upto 250 lbs, I am thinking I should be competent with pull ups. Reason for holding off pull ups now is my wrist injury. I started low and kept going up the pyramid. I ended up going 8 sets as each increase in weight did not feel like much until I got to 205 lbs. I hit those clean for 3 reps for a new personal best and dropped down twice for pump. Did some pullovers to rest the arms and keep the lats pumped before going onto wide grip pull downs. regular weight on these concenntrating on the squeeze at the bottom of the movement. Hammer Iso rows for mass and then V-bar pulldowns to finish off at decent weight. I think I am going to do these for a while as this feels like the best pump I have ever had on my upper back.

My arms were seriously pre-exhausted, so i finished biceps off with strive 5 angle machine. Man that felt great. Serious pumps and aches on my biceps and veins everywhere.

One more lifting day tomorrow (shoulders) and then I get to rest with a cardio day.

Thank you DJ. I feel like I want to keep going. I feel like I am missing out by taking a day off. I still have same energy and strength remains. No injury or soreness yet either. A day will come when I want or need to take a break, but it does not feel like it should be now. I am sitting in my car right now finished with cardio wandering if I shod get a chest work out in.

Today's Day 61. I am posting the 2/3 run update next Friday rather than today. It will be sort of a final review for the EBF stack before I add all sorts of other things. Delay is also due to nurses appointment that I could not schedule for this week. Cliff notes of review can be found on all previous updates. If you read them, you know what the review is going to sound like.

I also did an AAV2 GI effect experiment. Will post tonight.

I sure will. I stocked up on protein powder and I will watch my carbs and fat as well per your suggestion.

Wow, not sure if I can that much protein in. I am getting 50 grams of BCAA without problem. Not sure if it is the stack or not but my appetite is average to below average right now.

I duno. A box of minute rice usually and some plums lol
