Today I was sitting in class and I realized I was zoning out. The XR effects of FatSmack really give you a sustained energy throughout the day.
Early morning PT at 6am. We will see how it goes. Ate a lot of carbs today for the first time on these supps. Little bloating occurred but I've also drank a ton of water today too. Not too concerned but at least I know how I respond to carbs.
My diet has been fairly poor for a cut but these supps are still working. That just proves they are effective and worth buying. Anyone thinking about a good cut should look into AT2 and FatSmack. If you want a good recomp throw some Anabeta and adjust your diet accordingly and I can almost guarantee you will see results you like. I've gotten compliments from various people that I look like I'm leaning out a lot...and that's without much cardio and a semi poor diet ...
I can't wait to run this stack when I have my diet back in check and can really see the results I know they are capable of. It's just really hard right now because I'm trying to adjust to a new lifestyle (full time military to full time student) and we are staying at my Dad's until we find a place. Once we get our own place, my own cardio room
set up and I start training for spec ops, I will really be in the shape of my life.

You could definitely tell his arms were some what deflated though IMO. Was strange, then again I just watched comeback this morning the documentary following Arnold in 1980 and it seems he didn't look as huge as I thought he was. Don't get me wrong he looked great! Just not as enormous as I remember him.

I like that neither supp has made my heart race or anything. I'd recommend it...especially at $20... Just keep in mind that it's a supplement. It will help you cut but most of it is in your diet and cardio... I really learned that on this cutting cycle. I've never cut before. This was a learning experience. I will use AT2 again for sure.
