I know I said 2-3 but i'm not 100% sure on that, because I don't have an accurate way to measure body fat. All I know is I started at roughly 180 and cut down to 175 ish through a two and a half month period. I am much leaner and people have been telling me I look bigger. A few friends have accused me of pro hormones when they saw me with a pump.. Not sure how long it has been since the stack but my weight is the same, legs are just as cut.. I've been eating pretty bad this past week, and am holding a little water in my stomach, but weight is the same, and by Monday (three low carb days at work) I'll be exactly where I was if not bigger and leaner. Vascularity is still high, pumps are great, training is great, libido is high
