I was going to use a stim but I decided against that for now. I do however take a 200mg caffeine tab in the morning. I wasn't sure if you guys wanted to know but do you want me to list everything I am taking?

I think I could definitely deadlift more than 300 if I did it right now. As far as the bench press I do not plan on benching with a bar. I do however use dumbbells. As of last week I was at 85 for 12. That is the biggest size dumbbells I have right now.

Do you do this for energy, or do you get those morning headaches from prior stim use that you need caffeine to prevent? That is the case for me, it rarely gives me energy, but prevents a massive headache.

Yes, I use them for energy but in doesn't really work for me. I only use them once a day. Upon waking up. I feel a little bit more awake then I normally would without them.

I did however added another 2 oz and it was perfect. Yesterday i had 2 scoops in the blender cup filled and it was awesome. Only downside was i had some foam on top. No big deal though. I will have my log in check by tonight. We lost are power here in NJ so I'm on my phone. I type very slow lol

best part about adding water to it is that the flavor continues to be awesome :) I'll go through about half of it in my workout, refill the shaker, and it still tastes great

the little foam dies pretty quick if you add ice... as for phone, I had to take a break from repping from phone...sore thumbs :(

Try it out. I have never tried anything like that myself with shoulders. Get funky with it. You could always add in chest on Friday and legs or back with Monday.
