IForce sent out a lovely care package with Lemon Drop Hemoval and the NEW Fruit Punch Slam Compete!...no t-shirt this time though, hmmmm :p I have always been a huge supporter of Hemoval since it does not having stims. Really wish I could have gotten the watermelon flavor though after getting some samples of that, but no worries, I'll be buying my own here soon enough. I'm pumped to start using Compete. The label makes for a great product and I cannot wait to put it to the test.

Ok dudes, here is the workout from last night. Ill mostly being doing full body workouts for the next ten days until I finish the job Im at.

Isolateral Bench: 8-12 : 300, 315, 325, 330

Isolateral Incline: 8-10: 180, 210, 225

Lat Pull Down: 8-12: 315, 340, 350

Rows: 6-8: 330, 340, 360, 315 (failure)

Overhead Press: 6-10: 135, 155, 160

Lateral Raise Isolation: 10-12: 125, 140, 140 ,125

DB Curls: 6-10: 40, 40 ,45, 35

Skull Crushers: 65, 80, 85

Dips: 3 sets to failure

I only have it until my school membership runs out, then I need to find a gym with all the stuff I need. Im picky lol

im tempted to say screw my school membership and find a new gym anyway, don't have some stuff i need and it's always packed =P

I think it's good to be picky about where you train, sometimes at least lol :)

Ok posting two in here since i fell asleep again last night, only one week of this job and then ill be straight lifting....and job hunting lol.

Today: Same full body workout. I was a little more tired today moving 100 couches, chairs, mattress, etc all day, but the hemoval gave me a nice kick to get through the lift. On a side note, the Compete tastes great and the effects thus far are good, Ill be able to tell better when Im not always tired from doing all this work.

I might have missed it.... any particular goal in mind regarding with your current training regime?

Id like to keep the cut look going while gaining size for this log since it is the summer, and I feel that with the stack and all the physical labor/3.5k+ cals per day, that it should be a good way to do it. Im still lean and since starting the log I look more defined and Ive gained 2 pounds so hopefully it keeps up!

Just full body these days man, Im in between gyms since I graduated Penn State and Idk if I can get a membership there anymore while I stay with my gf, so Im using the apartment workout equipment which isnt bad, but its old as ****! What are you doing regimen wise?

I have not. There are no conflicting chemicals that block insulin absorption in this combo.

Gym time here in a bit, will post back with the results.
