X Factor ARA...

..JUST found out about this today.Did my googling and investigating,but still looking for feed back.

My basic questions are :
-has anyone expierienced any sort of sides?
-what is the proper dosing per day(how many pills) ?
- is there a prefered time of day to take this?
-Whats the length (days)of time you should take this product/supp to see maximum effects?
-what would u stack this with,all natural products?

When i take this im not going to run it alone.Was thinking something along the lines of Activate,ErasePro or Ape,DAA & ARA..along with Anavite,fish and flax oils,Craze/ super pump maxx/ synedrex (fat burner)..

Store where i buy all my bb supps from has this product and its also slightly cheaper on nutraplanet.So i can get it right away.. they sell it in 2 diff size bottles.One bottle contains 60 pills and the other bottle contains 100 pills.. so anyone who has expierience with this please give me some info.

the consensus among the ArA board specialists was that Xfactor original was the best of the two (the 60 cap bottle)....and dosing should be 4 caps on workout day only....stacked with LCLT....and whatever other natty supp you want to include really. I started saturday and will run it for 7-8 weeks, until the bottles run out (2 of them).

^^^ This. Get the Original version and dose 4 caps pre-workout with GMS and Carnitine (I believe there is LCLT in Superpump Max if you decide to use that). Get more than one bottle of the 60 cap Original and don't worry about dosing on off days.

Honestly no need to go crazy and stack it with a ton of things. ArA is very effective on its own.

see I remember what you guys tell me LMFAO :D...I didn't include the GMS with mine, but I know you guys recommended it. still feels weird taking it WO days only though.....

LCLT= L-Carnitine L-Tartarate. Just a specific form of L-carnitine but any form should be fine.
GMS= Glycerol Monostearate.
 
There is also 1G of LCLT in the Anavite! I hear that it is best to take 1G LCLT with your preworkout dose of XF. Another idea I like is going with iForce Compete as an intra (which has 1G of LCLT as well as another gram of another form of Carnitine as well).

I'm actually running a log of both XF and Test Factor Advanced on another forum. Just finished 3 bottles of the original XF and I have to say that I was impressed. I was able to eat a lot more and still stay nice and lean. Probably due to the reported increase in protein synthesis that ArA is supposed to help with. I have also noticed a significant increase in weight and # of reps for most of my lifts. Nothing too crazy but they definitely jumped up quicker on XF than when I wasn't on it.

The XF stacked with a test booster seems to make gains come a lot easier as well. Body Comp has been stupid easy to maintain and if I were trying to cut I feel like it would have been soooo easy to drop a few BF %'s.

I know my reps and posts aren't too high but that's because I just started getting involved here. I was way more active elsewhere first and now I'm finally broadening my online forum horizons. so hopefully I contributed at least a little helpful info that I've gathered over the last two months of using OG XF ;)

Dude,i been training for a while ,as consistant as poaaible for about 7yrs and just decided to join forums..I just felt like joining cause im at a point where i wanna start supping and supping right and well these boards have some smart and knowledgeable dudes...so its worth it. Bolt has it all right in this thread. 4 XF plus LCLT (or a comparable Carnitine source - I am using ALCAR) and GMS. I am running X-Gels right now taken pwo with GlycerGrow (GMS) and Clout (good pwo with ALCAR). If I could start from scratch, I would consider going with the new Protocol from Genomyx as my LCLT source along with other goodies such as Agamatine, Leucine, etc.
 
I like LCLT as the preferred source of carnitine since it pairs well with other supps (esp PH's)...plus it doesn't keep me up at night and over stimulate me like ALC or PLC....

Dewey,is your gms from controlled labs?ill look into protocols genomyx.... Just by reasing Bolts post it seems legit,lol..when i get going i plan on following exactly what he said...when i supp ara...

Yes, my GMS is GlycerGrow from Controlled Labs. It's pretty cheap at less than $30 for 120 workouts worth. The new Protocol wasn't released when I started my log (it's just coming out now) but it is a solid option for this kind of stack. I think it can be had for about $25 on intro pricing and that gives you 30 servings (if you use two scoops) with each serving containing almost 7g of Leucine, 2g LCLT, 2g COP, and 500mg of Agmatine. The pumps on that stack would be almost too much to take!

It is a little harder to find (I know nutra is out of it right now), but google a good way to search around as the 60ct bottles are available in some places.

I think all this talk on this site caused OG XF to be sold out on NP :D.....They were in stock forever, then I finally ordered some recently....and now they are out of stock.

Thank for the response. I would imagine 6-8 weeks would be optimal (and the longest I would go as well). If you think, back then it was recommended for 50 day cycles (50 days = approx 7 weeks). That was taking EVERY DAY. Now, if you're taking only pre-workout on w/o days, then you'd have to think that 6-8 weeks would be not only fine, but 8 weeks would be optimal.

To the dude looking for XFactor Ara..go to "Natural Body inc" on google and go to the web site should pop up..thats where i get my supps,its also a walk in store..im fortunate enough, its like 20 mins from my apt..but its all legit bro...

I do have some time constraints (shoulder surgery 2 weeks from today), but that wasn't the major factor. I opted for the 5 week cycle because I wanted to really hit it hard with a 2g/day dose and figured 5 weeks was just about right after conferring with someone I trust very much on the subject. It can get costly to run for extended periods though.

Not sure I understand the question. Protocol is a new product from Genomyx. I am not using it as it has just started with pre-sales. The GMS I am using is GlycerGrow from CL.

right now im on a lower calorie diet and been for a few months.maintaining appx 1800-2000 cals a day,compared to my bulking diet which i try n stay at no less than 3000 and usually get up to 3500...Question is being the glycer grow has plenty of fats and ill be stacking with L-Carnitine,what kind of diet should I mantain?

carbs are also low for me at this moment.But always no matter what have a starchy carb post workout,that will never change...

should i keep to my 2000 calorie diet or up it?

GlycerGrown has plenty of fats??? Did the formula change or something? I can't look it up at the moment (I'm at work), but I'd be willing to be you're looking at the wrong product if you see something with "plenty of fats"....unless the formula changed for some reason.

3 scoops of GlycerGrow is only 54 calories and 6g of fat. You won't need to worry about that diet-wise. As far as whether you should alter your caloric intake if you run this stack, that's a personal decision. If you are looking to bulk, then you have to add calories above maintenance. If not, then you can stay where you are or go lower.

Fish oils are a natural anti-inflammatory. ArA induces an inflammatory response. Taking fish oil or Cissus (or any anti-inflammatory) will counter what the ArA is doing for you. It's OK to take fish oils or joint supps when using ArA, just dose them away from your workouts.

From everything that I have heard/read you can and SHOULD still take your usual omega 3s (3g EPA/DHA combined) every day. Just dose away from your ArA dosing. Not a big deal. I workout in the mornings, so once I start ArA no more fish oil or Omega 3s for me in the morning w/ breakfast. I'll just start supplementing them with my last couple meals of the day.

one more question..im taking flax seed oil as well,should i cut that out?
 
Same here bro..take my fish and flax oil before bed,always have,heard it was good for boosting natural test levels as well as burning fat..so always before bed

on another note, in regards to your diet comments...I'm in the same boat, isn't it a damn shame grown ass men have to eat like birds and take in 1700-2K cals? WTF? its just not right man :D
 
GMS emulsifies the ArA since dosing ArA without food doesn't exactly facilitate proper GI uptake. Consuming GMS with free-fatty acids also helps reverse the osmotic gradient that GMS creates at the myocyte.
