Prodigy Notes:

First Impressions:
-mixability: 10/10 not kidding, shake it and open it, the foam will "pop" away like the sizzle on a glass of soda.
-Taste: 8/10 I liked it overall, I believe it isn't easy to mask that much raw ingredient powder BUT PNI does a good job and also keeps it sugar free which is a mega Plus for us IFers. (Blueberry BTW yay!!)
-Energy: around 30~ post ingestion and arriving at the gym I felt the smooth and controlled increase of mood, will to lift, and alert feeling.
-Focus: I was able to get my MM connection better for my Erectors and Rectus Abdominals which are always hard for me to focus on.

Numbers for last 2 will be given upon more dosing. All in all, first impressions of it and an awesome fast and productive workout tell me it's gonna be a FUN and delicious ride ;).

I've been single for almost a year :p (finally haha) and...I have realized I no longer need women in my life for anything. Sure it would be nice to have someone to share some feelings with, but then again...my workouts are for me! Because I want strength...I crave it...need it. To put it simple, I don't care about my aesthetics anymore, they will play a role in the future indeed, intimidation is key in some aspects of life, and an impressing physique plays this role. However I totally despise weakness, I shall be strong...I shall also look that way, but on the meantime...I need strength and size first...Aesthetics will come later, and I assure you, women have no importance or relevance in this matter...it is part of a greater concept I hold and part of a greater goal I am looking forward to reaching within the next 30 years of my life.

Day 2 "Impromptu Arms Day":

First of all, all of you who have followed my logs can attest to 2 things:

1) I hate "BodyBuilder" mentalities and workouts

2)I despise curls with ALL my might...if anyone want any links to all my posts where I say that I can provide them...

That being said , the pumps on my legs yesterday made me anxious to workout again today, and having to let my core, back and pecs rest for the weekend I thought..."F*ck it...lets do some Arms!" and I asked my PNI Sponsoring Rep and good brother Ricky what to do? Prescription was as such:

EZ bar curl 15's Wide grip and Close grip.

So its 60x5 Half reps from bottom to 1/2 flex + 60x5 Half Reps from Middle to Peak postion + 60x5 FULL Explosive Up/Slow Negative Down Reps. 1 set for each GRIP. So a total of 2 of sets of "15's" This is how it began!

Move along to:
Standing French Press EZ Bar Close Grip. 3 sets of 10-12

Did them all to full eccentric and concentric motion , slow down , exploding up and holding contraction for 1 second. My tri's are burning!!!

Lets see, move on to Incline DB Curls. 12,8,8,12 manner for sets.

I honestly Enjoyed this workout, and it goes against my beliefs haha. Thanks Ricky for a nice recipe for skin tearing pumps!!

-Prodigy Notes:
-Again, just Half a Scoop and Had ALL the energy I needed for this, after the workout I proceeded to do 30 mins of stairmaster, light stuff, 500 kCals only. Felt REALLY GOOD even with cardio! Keeps the energy up and it doesn't make me feel out of breath! It was just...amazing...
-I found a way to make the taste better, with Half a Scoop I only used 4oz~ of cold water, and the taste was just MUCH better, I already liked it to begin with, but this just reminds me the taste of real Blueberries and it brings back memories of the time I spent on a Blueberry farm-house in Amherst Nova Scotia (Canada) enjoying bottle after bottle of Grandma-Bernie-Home-Made-Blueberry-Jam Honestly my foster Grandma was just amazing at that haha, best recipes with blueberry I ever tasted...and this reminds me of it :').

Awesome update!!!! Glad you took my advice! I love my arm workout and yes it may go again so science or exercise crap but hey! I got my 18" guns now didn't I? Lol experience>science :) I'm really trying for 20s (pumped) after this cycle...I'll be doing this exact workout today brother maybe I'll try to make a video...just don't wanna seem like a tool making a video haha...also my theory on this is 1 set high reps to pump the muscle full of blood then 2 sets heavier to cause the muscles to rip then 1 set higher reps to really fully rip up the muscles but during back and bi days I switch it up to do heavier and even lower reps (6 reps) expect the last set then I do the 10-12 reps and my arms have responded amazingly over the years bro...but awesome update can't wait to see you on a full scoop whew it's amazing stuff...keep ripping it up man ;)

I don't believe it goes against Science! Actually the science applied here is that of Hypertrophy IMO, its pretty legit what you recommended me brother. Specially since you kept it to Compounds first, Isolation later. It is really a legit well concocted program with Science for Hypertrophy, hence helps to grow SIZE. I say it goes against my beliefs since I don't really train for size. I want strength hehe, but also I will need the extra muscle mass , specially on the triceps, if I want more strength for my OHP and BP which will lead to the growth in size and strength I look for in my Back and Chest :). Thanks a lot bro! I'll try one scoop in some days. I want to really be able to have some days at .5 and then at 1 (maybe more at 1.5) to be able to have a Legit opinion of it :D! I want to keep it fully honest and objective!

I have been looking at Pre's lately and thinking, when is someone going to put together a simple blend of KNOWN working ingredients. I was just about to start makeing my own pre. I use assault and honestly I like it a lot but I know what in it is effective and whats filler.

I wanted: Caffeine, Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate, Creatine and Agmatine...

way to hit what I wanted on the head PNI.... the timing is incredible. Oh and I am blueberry fanatic so OMFG.

Please tell me when and where I can get some of this.

Day 3 8/5 Cardio day:

-Had 1/2 scoop of prodigy, needless to say that cardio workout was pretty good, did 40 minutes of HIT stair master for 600 kCals keeping heart rate in the 180 zone.

-FOCUS: It is just profound how fast the time went by, this is a must for me when performing cardio, to be able to focus on my music, ignore my body and only let it go at it ALL OUT, when I looked at the clock...37 mins had gone by and I did a final all out 3 minute blast almost getting myself to puke limit. This workout was not only Prodigious, but Priceless.

Day 4 8/6:

OHP + assistance day.

115x20 PR for 20RM (I wanted to go all out, failure, no excuse)

Prodigy Notes:
-I have used 1/2 a scoop for 4 days and I am feeling amazing effects, pumps are even painful, triceps push downs had me so pumped it hurt on the last set!! And well needless to say I went from a cup B to a C-cup on chest with those DB BPs haha.

Energy: for this past days I have felt NO crash whatsoever, again i am not getting the huge mega rush of energy, but I feel in a perfect mood and condition to work out and endure more.

Focus: what can I say...being honest, there's nothing like zoning out like this and just being able to focus and cleanse all my stress and hatred on the weights, the kind of effect that narrows everything down to one single point in your mind...one more rep.

Couldn't do videos today I was in and out quick and had to shower to go to work but did post workout pump pics and damn, veins poppin like hell! I'll do a video for when I am doing 1 scoop
On thursday! Excited to see the effect after 5 days of 1/2 a scoop!

Yeah, I don't think your arms are a weak point at all. I am working to get that vein going along the biceps without working out. It will be soon I think.
 
Loving being focused for cardio. Another of those things I want to hear. Hates me some cardio bigtime!

You guys wouldn't believe me all my life I never had ANY vascularity at all, I could be lifting anything around the house or helping someone move out and pack stuff and NO VEINS at all in my whole body. The first half of my training year also no veins, one day I just woke up and said "Oh hi there!"

lol Celorza, I'm the same way man. The first time I took Prodigy I had to text Chad a pic of the huge vein popping off my bicep. I've never been very vascular before. Love this stuff. Energy, focus, pumps are all there. :-) Tuned in for sure on this.
