Day 2 "Impromptu Arms Day":
First of all, all of you who have followed my logs can attest to 2 things:
1) I hate "BodyBuilder" mentalities and workouts

That being said , the pumps on my legs yesterday made me anxious to workout again today, and having to let my core, back and pecs rest for the weekend I thought..."F*ck it...lets do some Arms!" and I asked my

good brother Ricky what to do? Prescription was as such:
EZ bar curl 15's Wide grip and Close grip.
So its 60x5 Half reps from bottom to 1/2 flex + 60x5 Half Reps from Middle to Peak postion + 60x5 FULL Explosive Up/Slow Negative Down Reps. 1 set for each GRIP. So a total of 2 of sets of "15's" This is how it began!
Move along to:
Standing French Press EZ Bar Close Grip. 3 sets of 10-12

Did them all to full eccentric and concentric motion , slow down , exploding up and holding contraction for 1 second. My tri's are burning!!!
Lets see, move on to Incline DB Curls. 12,8,8,12 manner for sets.

I honestly Enjoyed this workout, and it goes against my beliefs haha. Thanks Ricky for a nice recipe for skin tearing pumps!!

-Again, just Half a Scoop and Had ALL the energy I needed for this, after the workout I proceeded to do 30 mins of stairmaster, light stuff, 500 kCals only.
Felt REALLY GOOD even with cardio! Keeps the energy up and it doesn't make me feel out of breath! It was just...amazing...
-I found a way to make the taste better, with Half a Scoop I only used 4oz~ of cold water, and the taste was just MUCH better, I already liked it to begin with, but this just reminds me the taste of real Blueberries and it brings back memories of the time I spent on a Blueberry farm-house in Amherst Nova Scotia (Canada) enjoying bottle after bottle of Grandma-Bernie-Home-Made-Blueberry-Jam Honestly my foster Grandma was just amazing at that haha, best recipes with blueberry I ever tasted...and this reminds me of it :').
