SNS Does it Again! 3 FREE Stacks. Just Post your favorite Protein desserts and WIN!

Gonna change that rule, big mistake on my part! The more recipes the better!

Maybe have them choose the one they want to enter for the promo? Depending on the comments they have on that particular recipe lol, but with that idea...Thanks for making it harder!

The more the merrier, definitely!

I try my hardest to stay away from the sweet. If possible, I'd eat bacon for dessert pre/during/post meal.

Now, would candied bacon work for the sweet?

Ingredients

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound thinly sliced bacon

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil, and position broiler rack on top of pan. Lightly coat the rack with the vegetable oil.

Combine the brown sugar and cayenne in a shallow dish, stirring to mix well. Press 1 side of each slice of bacon firmly into the spiced sugar to coat well. Arrange the slices of bacon on top of the broiler rack in a single layer, sugared-side up. If there is any sugar remaining in the dish, sprinkle it on top of the bacon slices evenly. Bake until the bacon is crisp and the sugar is bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain briefly, then to a plate or serving dish to cool. (Can be made several hours ahead) Serve warm or at room temperature.

If I had a vote, this is the winner!

Thank you.
Peace

Man, I am going to have to try some of these out!

Espresso Creme Brulee

Macros: Protein 44g/ Fat 0g/Carbs 29g/Calories 292 (Leangains friendly)

Before you start making the creme brulee, you will need to make “condensed milk”

1 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup splenda

In glass measuring cup stir together milk powder and water till it’s a paste. Cover and microwave on high for 45 seconds or until hot but not boiling. Stir in Splenda. Cover and store in fridge. Chill at least 2 hrs before using.
Keeps for 2 weeks.

Creme Brulee!

Makes 4 ramekins

1 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon espresso powder (or instant coffee)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup egg substitute (Eggbeaters)
1/2 cup “condensed milk”
4 teaspoons sugar for the topping (needs to be real sugar in order for it to “brulee properly)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

With a food processor or blender, blend all the ingredients (except for the sugar) together. Pour the mixture into 4 ramekins and place inside a roasting pan or deep baking dish. Fill pan or dish with water until it reaches halfway up the ramekins. Bake for about 25-30 min (keep checking around the 20 min mark) or until the it jiggles like jello (don’t overbake!).

Remove from dish and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours. When it is properly chilled and you are ready to eat, remove from fridge and let it warm up for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar on each of the four ramekins.
Using a torch, melt sugar until it has turned golden brown and hard on top. Serve and enjoy!

Thought there'd be a bit more entries since we're giving away entire stacks and not just a single product. We've had some good suggestions so far and a few of them I want to try out myself. I have a ice cream maker that I'll use to make protein ice cream.

Things have been slow on the boards lately. However, if you are eager to let them go. I like my odds! You guys aren't the first company to be saying this lately. BTW, thanks for doing this!

Yeah I thought there'd be more entries too! Could be because it is summer time and everyone is outside more often.

Honestly I have way too many to list. Something simple is just some yogurt with any fruit and mix. But my all time favorite.
is just a simple Hot fudge cake!.. With homemade ice cream.
You can add a protein shake to this if you want. lol.

Protein Cake with sludge.

Protein cake recipe:

1 Scoop Whey
1 cup pancake mix or flour
2 TBS Splenda
1 Tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbs Cocoa (if you're making chocolate)
1/2 Cup milk
1 Whole Egg 2 Whites
1 Tbs Greek Yogurt

I usually make this in a greased pan that would be standard for banana bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

I would choose Bulbine and DAA for the bulk stack. If I were to win I would not be able to start my log until Aug 15. Thanks for the chance and great promo SNS.

Protein Pancake with Protein Pudding topping.

Pancake:

2 whole eggs + 5 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
.5 scoop Vanilla protein
1 tbps Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 packet splenda
Optional - for extra flavor add a few dark chocolate chips :)

Chocolate Jello - fat free/sugar free pudding mix.
Mix with fat free Milk or unsweetened almond milk and add 1 scoop protein flavor of your choice (I like cookies and cream)
Refrigerate and then use a pancake topping.
Optional - add fat free whip cream

Pancake is roughly: 445 calories/48 protein/33 carbs/14 fat

Pudding depends on type of milk used and how much you eat with your pancake (that one is easy to add up, just milk content + protein content)

I make this on the weekends, and a cleaner version during the week (minus the pudding, chocolate chips, whip cream)
