Alright guys/gals I'm at Orlando with a 2.5hr. layover so I figured I'd take this downtime to update the before/after pics. The wedding was fine! Thanks for all of the kind thoughts and words! Real class act of people here!

I got one you would love actually, it involves massive amounts of clean food, 10 caps of X-Gels pre-workout, some other goodies with it, and most likely a combination of:

-Citrulline malate
-Agmatine Sulfate
-COP
-Choline
-*Secret ingredient* (I am still reading up on it and havent run it by Coop, but my guess is that it could be beneficial :p!)

Didn't notice you had won it haha, Purple Wraath is one of the best BCAAs on the market imo, so you need that for IF anyway. And blue gene...I like it, comes with a good ammount of general health benefits, focus improvements, minor fat loss and good little joint support. Perfect, get yourself OxyMega stocked up too, those 3 go perfect together for basic health staples.

Ok so... If I get called off work tomorrow I will do the video then. If not then perhaps this weekend. Sorry for the delay I came down with a cold and didn't feel as though I would best present my thoughts on camera while sniffling, sneezing, and coughing.

And judging from the amount of views on my final thoughts of Phase 2 (highest amount for my channel, anyway :D) I'm hoping to rope in more viewers. For any of you tweeters out there I also have an account (same name) and will be posting updates/announcements there regularly. I'd really like to start doing videos more frequently but I'd need some more followers first!

you need like 10k subscribers and 2k view average per video. She had me watched a girl he has 100k subs and only does it. She gave away 300$ giftbags at her bday party for 260 people

Holy ****. I doubt I could drum up that many subscribers/viewers lol. Thats why I don't think its for me. I consider myself one of those mom n' pop type stores. More personal. Down to earth. Get to know you. Not one of those huge corporate chains GIMME MY MONEYYYYYY ARGH! ****s on employees.

Nah haven't looked actually. Gonna watch the preseason game this Sunday with my brother. He lives downtown next to the new shiny library. Haven't seen his new apt yet and we haven't hung out since I got married. Good times.
