Whats your favourite protein?

I use Whey Protein from ON but I also buy this 10lb bucket of IDS Multi Pro Whey for $80 and it's similar to ON. Can't go wrong with that price for 10lbs

Nutra's whey was my favorite but it's always out of stock :( iForce Protean is a good mix of different high quality proteins.

I keep finding myself coming back to Dymatize ISO-100 time and time again. Also enjoyed ON's Gold Standard Whey.

Same here also use some Betancourt Big Blend since I love the vanilla cap.

I always get Dymatize Elite Whey in a 10lb variety box. It has chocolate, vanilla and berry.

I use steak and chicken. Steak is really my favorite protein. T-bone or Rib-Eye.

Can never go wrong with a steak! It's also my favorite meat to eat too but I think he's talking about protein powders lol. I don't rely on shakes; only 1 post workout. Other than that 5 out of my 6 meals are always whole foods. I have a few bodybuilding friends who are apart of the NPC don't even drink shakes cuz they said that 100% whole foods make your physique much harder and muscular. My friend eats 10oz tilapia and 2 cups white rice post workout. I use my 1 shake cuz of the simplicity but if I could I would eat all 6 meals with real food.

Protean + UP 2.0 = only protein's i will consume :p

Only 2 powders I consider worthy of Adding to a Diet honestly. Reps for wisdom. (and mentioning the most tasteful proteins in the market)

Honestly feel this way too. I am pretty picky about which ones I use. I will say I do also use Isoflex and Beverly's UMP and Muscle Provider. :o

Just got some Protozyme on sale as well so about to see if it is up to par with my high standards.

looking back on it now, i wonder how i ever drank some of the stuff i did :p spoiled with these 2 now, thank god i get free protean<3

and i do need to try protozyme PB at some point.....should have snagged one during that sale, but even then it was still a tad obnoxious for protein

I've been using ON Gold Standard for 5 months now. I haven't really looked into others but always willing to try a new one out.

Smithfield Golden Rotisserie Flavor Chef's Prime Boneless Pork Loin Roast. Lower calories, high protein content and minimal carbs(4 grams per serving). Great protein source especially when cutting calories.

We agree in this , meat is the favorite protein of all times. Powders are just a yummy treat from time to time...but the best comes from food.

I see Ostrich every time I go to the supermarket but I don't know about cooking it right. It seems as though it may be difficult to cook right.

I had it at a restaurant had it medium rare. I think its the same as any other red meat

Isoflex is amazing. However I use ON pro complex when I do use protein

I have used ON officially for a while now.

I rotate between brands too I liked MGN tried it cuz I had to save some bucks off my order, actually ordered it again. I only use powder for post workout, but gonna start having one before bed too now that I'm on my stack

For taste I like XF and MP Combat Powder, for formula I like ON Pro-Complex but it's too expensive. For food, ribeye or new york strip steak from calicrate.

No one mentions AllMax isoflex - it's expensive as hell I get it but.... The quality is always top notch . I've never had a batch that didn't look , smell or taste the same . It's the best iso IMO.

For some reason I always loved the taste of Chocolate Muscle Milk powder(not the premade crap). Honestly, I just buy the cheapest chocolate protein powder I can find most of the time.

Good choices, they just need to make these easier to find.
