Ok Doc update. First of all I got an idiotic doctor for some of things he said, but its not his fault...Anyhow, he says it is NOT Gynecomastia due to the fact my mammary glands are have not grown, that it has NOT being itchy, painful, sore at all...And he claims that the little liquid that came out could be due to some: "Prolactin level rise due to resistance training" when I asked him how? He said that training causes male hormones to go sky high, so testosterone boosts from lifting weights might have caused my estrogen levels to raise and also my prolactin levels to raise and that "just a TINY little amount of liquid, albeit CLEAR liquid, is nothing to be worried about since it did not keep secreting it, and it was not blood" but then again..When I told my doctor I was taking a supplement that contained DAA and a AI he said: "Supplements don't do anything, stop wasting money on it and get your diet fixed, unless you are on Steroids and you are not telling me..." to which I told him I wasn't, because Form-X is NOT a steroid or PH...so he told me that I could get bloods done to find out where I stand at but that other than that it didn't seem like Gyno at all.

What he DID say is that he felt something weird from behind my right nipple which is not really a lump but some fibrosis kinda feeling...and that it could be from consecutive nurples in high school at the football team. (For a whole season while I was a rookie...well...rookies get nurples EOD with or without a shirt until they start turning well...purple)

I'll probably get some bloods, or just keep Form-X like this for now until the ending of my sponsorship (Last dose day is on wednesday-day 45) and for the bottle I got for myself I'll just run it with some topical Formastane , so either I buy Forma Stanzol or Formasurge or Formeron...

(Other than that doc did say: "Holly Jesus I don't see you in 4 months and you come back bigger and stronger" to what I repplied: "Doc...Jesus didn't do this, I did this waking up every day at 6:30 am to workout and then eating a sh1t load of Healthy Clean kCalories")
 

I ask the same thing still confused. He said he wanted me on progestorone, dhea, zinc, and I was like why? something about balancing my horomones. IDK my friend said to keep doing what I've been doing lol. My test levels lol however two months ago he said reached 713.01 which he said was like 1300 plus lol
 
I hate going to the doctor and leaving with more questions. I hope the bloods come back OK.

Yeah bloods are fine fufu I just struggle with sleep at night and some days it's like the breathe is out of me. My test levels are wicked good and estro down to where it needs to be. I weighed in today at 225.6 down 6lbs in last 5 days and haven't even been to the gym wth!!
 
Just keep it real and truthful man, as long as you enjoy the product and didnt have any issues, thats all I care about.

That's what I'm planning bro, and don't worry its gonna be completely honest. So far you guys who have been following already have a good idea of my opinion of the product completely.

Increses strength
Increases Endurance
Increases Libido
Helps on Bulks.
Helps with recovery and with sleep.
Increases aggression.

I don't think thats bad at all, I fell in love with this product and I will run it for 2 more weeks due to this haha. Also I already plan on stacking up , from mid september to november I'll be doing 8 weeks of AnaBeta Elite+DAA+AI+Cort Contro+EC , the DAA+AI is gonna be Form-X , the Cort control is gonna be Reduce XT and ergobolic. If that doesn't say how much I loved Form-X :p idk what will!! hahaha.

-25 mins HIIT on a field:
-5 minute warm up
-8 sets of:
-30 second sprint
-1 minute walk/jog cooldown
-8 min cooldown jog/walk.

I wanted to get one more sprint for one minute but I was already running on fumes, and the high heat outside was almost killing me haha, so I could only get the 8 sets of sprints (barely) and then tried to go for 10 mins of jog for cooldown but it turned into 5 min jog and walked like 3 mins more, then I headed home...i was BEAT! hahaha.

Form-X Notes:
-Endurance and aggression are still going good, I think once DAA kicks in its all perfect. From week 2 to today (week 6) it has peaked and stayed at a high level and the strength gains are just magnificent. True , they are not as high as they would be with a PH/DS (or so I hear haha) but I am satisfied with raising my Lifts from 15-30 lbs and reps from 10 to 20 in some exercises.


Cardio notes:
Ok I never attempt this kinda madness of all out cardio inside the gym and then go out for sprints in the heat (without a hoodie or pants , just shorts and no-sleeve-shirt) immediately for HIIT, but since I missed wednesday cardio due to work I had to make up for it so...yeah...blasted "Dark Knight Rises soundtrack on my iPhone and merely remembered Selina Kyle saying every time..."You don't owe this people anymore...you've given them everything..." -"Not everything...not yet" Or even wise words that said: "...but I know the rage that drives you. That impossible anger strangling the grief, until the memory of your loved one's just poisoning your veins...and one day you get yourself wishing the person you loved had never existed, so you'd be spared your pain...Your anger gives you great power but if you let it...it will destroy you, as it almost did me." Shoulders and arms really stick out now in proportion to your body. They look huge ! Especially the shoulder. Back still looks great. Nice progress Celorza.

No problem. I enjoy reading about people working hard and be confident enough to show progress. You are doing an awesome job. Just imagine the dramatic changes you might see as you start comparing pictures in longer time frame. That's fun stuff.

Oh god...I have a pic from day 1 of seriously working out (August) , I wanna reach that day so much and see where I stand after a year! hahaha I love this!! This is my lifestyle now xD

Back pic...I see a large difference in your delts and traps and slightly in your lats and back...also noticed your looking leaner in the mid section during this recomp...I mean bulk :) great job man

Front bi pic....Now in this picture I understand are two slightly different poses but again I see a huge difference in the delt (all them deadlifts lol) and overall size (peak and thickness) of the bicep...also see a very noticeable difference in your traps, chest and forearm...now my only advice is get working on them tris bro :) fantastic week for you
