Yeah plus thats gonna be hard on the tendons and joints, you seem to be increasing strength really quick.

Today is a day off completely.

Woke around 3am feeling stiff/sore and being as I was a day ahead of schedule this week (started my week Sunday instead of Monday) figured I would take today off, and do Shoulders/Bi's tomorrow with a run...and probably a run on Saturday as well.

Must admit, feel better for it as well.

Strength: 8 - Felt strong. Only one weight PR today.. but that is ok. Everything else felt solid.

Vascularity: 10 - Today might have been the most vascular I have seen my forearms...I love the veinage as much as the pump.
Recovery: 10 - Felt fully recovered

Sleep Quality: 9 - Good quality sleep.. finding I am sleeping longer each night.

They're going well. Where I live I can actually hit a few different routes. One is all hills (that's a b*tch), one is flat and then of course I can mix it up and have a bit of both. There is also a track about a km away (use that mostly for HIIT, or when my knee is killing).

But ya at times, I will just go all out and try to break my time for the 5km or even go for a fastest mile/km. My next stack will be more to lose bf, so I will kick my runs up...more km's.

YEah how those 5k's feeling:)

Oh yeah. The psychological barrier at 300. Nice job !!! When you hit 315, you pass the visual barrier. Only 15 more lbs. At this rate, you will hit that soon. Nothing like loading 3 plates on each side on bench and knocking out reps. That's alpha right there.

Weirdly, having a major mental struggle today. Felt guilty as hell not getting up and going for a run this morning, or doing weights. It is a scheduled day but for some reason psychologically I am having issues with taking a day off....... any one else get this?

I used to get that a lot, been awhile since I felt that tho, if a bodypart isn't sore go to the gym in work on that one:) But don't workout if your dead sore aha.

True, and that felt great yesterday - once I got the mental guilt gone. Not sure why I even felt guilty...

Reminds me of the first time I went to the gym and just did cardio. I felt guilty or empty inside for not touching a single weight. But I have to say the rest did me good and I learned from it. Glad you're now feeling good about it.
