Make twitter, nothing is better than having people tell how interesting their life is to everyone... this was the last one i read before i deleted by twitter "just ate breakfast" That made me realize how stupid it is, i really dont care if you ate breakfast

I think if I had a twittering, i'd only use it to tell the world about my bowel movements. Everything from frequency, to color, to smell. Bet I would have a ton of followers too

I had to reread this a few times. I'm low carbing so my brain is a little foggy. Can you post a link to your log? I'm training a little later tonight. Jim a 6 hour run for sure counts, I can't remember the last time I ran over 2 miles. Ben and Alillest keep us updated. BTW Axillest I'm enjoying your Test Powder log. Keep up the good work.

Did a lot of cleaning of my house today. My fiancée and I are getting our places ready to sell/move as we'll be closing on our new home in a couple weeks. Busy busy busy! Oh yeah, and I worked out too.

This place is gonna be keeping me busy to take care of, lot of square footage, rooms, and an acre of land. Kind of stuff I enjoy actually!
 
I ended my workout today.. i do the buckeye for bench at 285.. which is 5 pounds below my max.. it says it should be 300 acourding to its algorithm
