Kre alkalyn efx dose: 1pre & 1post as it is recommended for my weight
Whey protein : 3x a day

Mon- Back & Triceps
Tue- Chest & Biceps
Wed- Legs & Shoulders
Thur- = Mon
Fri- = Tue
Sat- = Wed
Sunday- Off

So what do you guys think!?? Please help!

ya you could use some help. Im at work but in a few hours i could help you a lil bit pm me

Just do basic
Monday back, biceps, traps
Tuesday off
Wednesday chest shoulders triceps
Thursday off
Friday legs
Sat and/cardio
Sunday off

Biceps twice a week and triceps twice a week

Biceps get hit with back and triceps get hit with chest. If you want to do chest and back twice a week, plus train arms twice a week on different days your gonna overtrain fast. Look into something like 5/3/1 and focus only on big compound lifts

I had been training for 1 1/2 yrs but i stopped for about 3 months now and so i want to start working out again but i just can't find a good routine and i don't want to overtrain myself... Thanks ;)

No 5/3/1 is not for an early beginner. The guy that came up with 5/3/1 has lifted more weight than 99% of the population. Plus most people automatically want to place themselves in an advanced trainee category when in reality most people will never make it past the intermediate stage. Therefore, look into Wendler's 5/3/1, DeFranco's Westside for Skinny Bastards, Layne Norton's PHAT, or Madcow 5x5. Focus on compound lifts and steadily increasing the weight on your exercises.
