Pick a weight you fail at around 8 let's say; rack em out take 12 deep breaths and rack out as many add you can to failure. Another 12 breaths and do it again. As many as you can! one set

i agree, ive started doing this tring to add some size. i got to say it comes with alot of pain. i make stuiped dumb faces while im doing this. i dont know if it helps but i manage to get thru. its the last thing i do on arm day, cuz im useless afterwards

I agree with these types of methods. Heavy weight is useless for me when it comes to bis, but beating the crap out of them like 21's or multiple quick sets works wonders. Same for calves. Treat them like a cheap whore, get in then get right out.

How many exercises are you doing for bis? A lot of natty guys over train them so they don't grow. I hit mine with usually 2 exercises. 3 at most. Between 8-12 sets.

100mg eod, the sd can shut you down fast, so i wanted to run a midium dose of test p, to counter sides. i figure around week 4 the test e should be kicking in so ill be dropping the testp.

next competition we should do teams. 2 vs 2, so each team gets ranked 1-10 each week the best overall score at the end of however many weeks wins, idk something, that the other team has to buy. something cheap no more than 25-30 bucks
