I am an alpha because i spend an hour and a half the gym 4 days a week every week. That is not the singular reason. I do that while mantaining a perfect unweighted 4.0, as 3rd in my class with an almost 2000sat. I do that while working 30hours a week. I am an alpha because i give it all! no matter what in the gym, in school, at work or on the grid iron

thanks bud!, i didnt want to go on about football, volunteering, or being the first member in my family to go to college. i truely believe being an alpha goes straight to its definition. Alpha is the first in all he chooses, the best in all he believes and the strongest inside and out not because he wants to just because he has to!

An alpha doesn't just work hard in the gym, they work smart. An alpha makes consistent gains and strives for progression. This is what I have done in the past 6 months to keep me on top of my game. I have trained with weights for years but never properly until the last 4 months. Don't get me wrong I always made gains but neglected to take my fitness goals seriously by making any sort of lifestyle commitment. But in the last year I've gone from a fat 215 lbs (Sept 13 2011) down to a lean 163 (March 1 2012) and since, back up to 181 at 9.3%fat. The overall change has come from hard work plus learning and respecting the advice and experience of people ahead of me in this game. You might outlift me, but you won't outwork me. It isn't alpha to disregard good advice from solid lifters just because of how alpha you think you are. This isn't exactly what you asked for but it's all I got.

On another note! Just bought my alpha food supply : ) 40# of chicken, 20# of wild salmon fillets and 20# of salami! Life is good : )

I took a stand to get 3 people I know, 2 of which are co-workers to hone in on better eating habits. They were already in and out of the gym a bit, they just didnt have a set priority to go. I recommended OEP, mainly becasue so many people have seen good results with it and its easy for them to go to local stores and grab a bottle. They always had a few questions here and there which I answered and gave my advice. When we were at work I remember chiming in about what they were eating sometimes. Them being consistent and sticking to a game plan to make minor healthy eating choice changes and using a weight loss supplment in addition to them doing cardio benefited them. Needless to say multiple people were taking notice at their weight loss changes, as well as them feeling and looking better kept their spirt higher. I also complemented them on a job well done. Feels good to influnce peoples lifestyles & life in general. I feel I lead them on a better path. Like the old saying goes you can lead a camel to water, but you cant make him drink.

An Alpha story... Actually wasn't to long ago... Leaving the gym (i go at night) I heard yelling and screaming by the bar... Didn't think nothing of it... Kept walking to the car when I heard skin on skin contact.... Thought it was a fight until I heard it was a women and a man... Her screaming help and **** bein moved or fallen. I IMMEDIATELY was ready to kill! Domestic dispute, attack... Sex offense IDK! I booked it towards the sound when I came to a burly redneck choking this women... (this happens to be on OSU campus) I wanted to yell and scare the dude to fight him but I couldn't stop running till BAM I punched the guy so hard I though my hand broke but no it was his face... Anyways I put him out cold when the police showed up I got put in handcuffs and was about to be arrested on assault 2. There was witnesses tho that stood up for me from the bar that said they saw the whole thing even before I showed up and they called the pos... My question is y the **** didn't anyone do anything and why the **** did the police take so long???? Well I saved the day on that one... Still pissed I went home and washed up as the wife reassured me that I did a great thing and she's proud she has a man that would put himself infringe of danger before others.... Hope that's Alpha enough for yall!
