Easiest pct also from what i'm reading... Clears the system fast. 15 -20# gains possible. 8 - 12 week cycle. Seems feasible

my girl should be over in a min so i should get some pics up. so i know ive been bloated but i have been paying it no mind. i hopped on the scale today for the first time since the weigh in...213. im up roughly 11 pounds in 4 days. its all freaking water. and i got some pretty bad back pumps doing lower back tonight at the gym... im going to still hold of on the dex, think my body is just preparing for awesomeness

No never ran it but 15 pounds is possible.
 
we will adjust photos tomorrow so everyone can get a good comparison from the start. i got to crash. i am still amazed that im carrying around an extra 10lbs of water

Thats a big boy. When you loose that water weight you are gonna be beastly. Also I am afraid to see what is coming out of this cycle.

Body change, Def... Who can do a succeful bulk. Strength increase percentage... All that.

Votes are encouraged but we also are just lookin at it as a cycle ran together as bros. I think its cool to see an oral cycle vs an inject

Air- looking thick man. Nice mass!

Chris- looking good bro. Got a bit of water but nothing serious and a bit of carb cutting wouldn't fix in a day or two. Regardless you have a solid base and you will be beasting soon!
 
im want to try and hold off on running the AI, ive ran them from the beggining of cycles before and i think it kinda lowered my gains. im going to mix it in around week 3 if possiable. and around week 5 i will drop carb intake, but for now im eatting carbs like crazy,and protein is well above 300, fat has been around 75g per day..

i think the competition aspect will give us more motivation in the gym. and by getting other people to see our progress they can spot where we need improvement.

my focus areas are my Back, calves, and chest.... Time to go pin some Test E motha fukas

This... Lol my focus are Bis, delts and Abs... My weak points of growth. They get strong but don't grow
 
Try rest pause sets for bis... The way you train it'll have a good effect I think.

have your bi's broke the 18 inch mark yet.. if my chest doesnt build after this cycle then im going to use some an mfg combo. i can do push ups for days and days but nothing ever gets bigger or defined.
