300 pound deadlift in no time bro, u got this.

Goal is 315 by December haha let's see if I can!! Haha

Hellz yeah that'd b dope.

Hence I'm going high on the leg raises, front squats and incorporating power cleans while focusing on a stronger back squat too...I think I cover all my bases that way so I can be ready for it :p

Day 22 7/9:

Deadlift 3x3 day:

Warm up:

Beltless and with double overhand grip. I have to toughen up my grip and lower back.

135x5
155x5
185x5

Working sets:

Ok belt on..the closer it gets to 200, the safer I feel wearing my belt haha.

195x3

225x3

250x1 ok just found out THIS is my max really haha I thought since I could get 235x5 I could go 265, but it took me 3 attempts and a guy mentioning something hurtful to me to get me to do this. Über PR HERE :D first time with 250 and didn't give up, not ashamed I couldn't get the 250x3 hehe, I'll adjust to make this my max for the 5/3/1 week to see if I can get more than 1 rep...bear with me guys I know it's stupid to be happy about a fail or such a low weight on dead lifts :( but...it's progress from 3 moths ago when my deadlift was stuck at 185lbs

Weighted chin ups

BW+35x10 (PR)
BW+35x9

Weighted Hammer Ups

BW+35x8
BW+35x7 DS BWx7

Weighted pull ups

BW+10x12
BWx15

Single arm bent over rows. (both arms same reps)

80x10
80x10
80x10
80x10

Power cleans (still learning form)

5x5 with 95lbs

Hanging leg raises

BW+15x15
BW+15x20
BW+20x15
BW+20x15
BW+20x15

I loved this workout haha and I feel like I didn't f*ck my back up maxing out :)

Form-X notes:

-Same results, though I feel like the recovery between sets is improving a lot too, might be a benefit over prolonged use, but what I do notice even better every workout is mind muscle connection.

Nice job bro. With your knowledge and work ethic youll be pulling 300 in no time

Thanks brother!!

Any of you guys in the army know whats necessary to join and serve?...Just wondering, because most likely I will try to join sooner rather than later...(Not joking...completely serious...)

Yes thanks for asking man, I had a new insulin pump sent to me, but the whole night wait was horrid as i was up every three hours to take a corrective shot.

When I joined it was High School diploma, basically clean police record (some things can be overlooked or waivered, DUI's aren't good.) Passing asvab (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery), and a pass on your physical. I think it should still hold true.

It's a test that you take, it determines how smart you are already about a bunch of stuff like electric circuits and a bunch of rudimentary science and math. It helps the military determine which jobs you qualify for. I got a 90 and was eligible for any job, I chose Infantry which requires the lowest score lol, and they thought I was smart. If I were you bro I would work in the army mail (post office) or something else tight where you work inside with no uniform blouse on in the ac. There is chicks and you will have nothing to do but drink lift and work 9-5. Way better than sleeping in mud puddles bro. Real Talk. Ask Airborne.

Graduated valedictorian, almost an engineer in college, i'm not as built as you guys but great shape...arrested once for wreckless driving and went to court and had it removed since it was first offense...Think I can get it?...Its my last resource I got...if not I'm gonna need another back up plan...

Yeah you will be fine, but seriously, I edited my post. Get a kush job, they all pay the same, and to be honest you can get promoted way faster in non combat arms positions, plus it's easier on your body. All my buddies who were in for days had bad knees elbows and stuff from long ruck marches and lack of sleep, pluss stress over time.

It'll toughen me up...Might be my way to finally face some stuff in my life again...thanks bud been of great help.

Not a problem man, ya let basic training toughen you up. Then report to your job behind a desk for 1.5 hr lunches and breaks to go lift in the AM. You will thank me in 10 years when you're a Sergeant First Class making bank, driving a sick whip cause you haven't paid rent or for food since you can remember joining.

I don't think they would let a guy with an unfinished diploma at college be Sergent First Class...but the 1.5hr lunch break plus break times in the AM to train does sound tempting...What do you do in an office job at the army?...will I get to serve in the Middle East? I got some Karma to pay...And seriously I am tired of carrying around so many demons...some time in Iraq might serve as time to make up for many sh1t in my life...

They definitely would, SFC is an NCO rank you can get well paid and well respected without a college diploma. In an army office job you just do filing or there are all kinds of office jobs tbh I would do post office because the hottest chicks worked in the post office in Iraq, or do something with aviation, but on the ground. It's a boatload of work to become a pilot but the dudes on the ground in aviation just chill pretty much. Their flight suits were always super clean when I saw them. Pretty much everyone in the army can get in on a deployment. The greatest thing about being there as someone with a desk job is you work inside, you don't have to be out in the heat or cold or sun for days at a time. The bases over there are probably like mall of america by now. I left Iraq in 2005 and we had built a huge PX and BK Subway and Pizza Hut on my dirthole base by then. You could get a sick setup in the Green Zone or you never know I haven't been for awhile but I always said if I had to go again I would be a poagie (non combat arms soldier).

Yes but get to 155 before basic training bc I hear u lose AT LEAST ten pounds from all the activity and lack of sleep/food.

Right  bulking time
Go be a cop bro :)
I have thought about it...got some major hook ups for joining border patrol...thought about it too.
It ain't the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog!
Then I guess I do have a shot :) thanks T-bro , I guess its all about determination, drive...and all the mo-fkin wrath I got caged up in me haha.

Oh ya man as far as I can tell. Plus like I say man the easy jobs have easy training and the same benefits as the guys on the front lines. You can have a legit 4-6 year career if thats all you want, make a ton of money, chill in an office, get out when your contract is up and bam, do whatever you want and spend the army's money on college if that's your goal. Also you could look into the national guard (thats what I was in). Go do your desk job for one weekend per month and go to school on their dollar, and then pretty much wait for a deployment or put your name on a list to go sooner if you wanted to. When you get deployed in the guard and get back your GI bill goes up significantly. I was clocking like 1100 bucks a month on top of my tuition being paid when I was at school when I got back.

Day 23 7/10:

Cardio day:

-30~ mins stairmaster.
-5 min warm up.
-7 sets of 30 second all out, 60 second recovery.
-Rest of the time until hit 30 minute mark at a normal pace.

Form-X Notes:
-Still enjoying the libido boost, aggression is still there and the drive on my mood I get from it keeps on strong.

Further notes:
Will be updating here about my workouts only and pending on the ending of the log time I shall take a leave from the forums for a while. No administration issue has caused this, nor is it a ban, merely need a break and to get some sh1t in my life str8end out. Still, I shall continue to give it my all and put my best effort in this log like mentioned before, and will still update progress pics and finish my commitment for I am thankful to DiabeticLiftr and LG Sciences for trusting me in this task.

Dang straight UPDATE!!!!! Nice cardio brother C! Ahh nothing like high libido makes us who we is lol.

DiabeticLiftr said:
Go ahead and grab one, that sounds like a good plan if you are still feeling improvements

Amazing improvements seriously , specially on mood and strength :D

95lb upright rows at your weight ? For some lifts, you are just off the charts !!!

All the way to clavicle just below chin and no legs or swinging. Thanks Fu :), I usually have more strength for pulling movements haha pushing is my weakness I guess.
