Personally I take the SNS caps simply because it's more convenient. The powder offers a better price per serving though.

I've only tried the powder, and it wasn't a very good taste at all. I would go for caps. Plus they're move convenient as antihero stated above.

Caps are still pretty cheap. I find the powder kind of annoying.

It all really comes down to personal preferences. There is no difference in effectiveness, so it just comes down to cost and convenience.
