! Broke some PRs today!! ! Deadlift is going UP, weighted chin ups up in weight AND in number of reps haha I could not believe it , and found out I can do 90x5 on Kroc Rows :O!!!

I have to tell everyone I bought this one and the chocolate peanut butter for my kids 2 for 5 on sale. Well wouldn't you know I woke up Friday night around 1 am and ate the entire container . That's why my glutinous butt was running 4 miles in the 106 degree NC heat .

Diet report continuation of today:
Snack:
-2 slices of ezekiel bread
-2 apples
-1 cup of fat free milk
Dinner...aaah soo good:
-6 pieces of ezekiel bread
-1.5 cups of brown rice
-2 tbsp peanut butter (Natural of course)
-.5 cups of cottage cheese
Totals of the WHOLE day including the first meal macros: 3,218 kCals 493g of carbs 72g of fat 169 g of protein
Keep in mind I am not reporting and will NOT count my apples as carbs , also on the snack I had like a cup or a cup and half at most of shredded lettuce/cabbage and tomatoes with freshly squeezed lemon juice , I squeezed it myself...so yeah I don't count that in , thats veggies and my micronutrients haha. So it should be well above the 500g of carbs counting JUST the apples , but then again NOT in the mood for worrying about veggies and fruits...
I would usually keep it at 3000 kCals BUT today I PRd in many things...I believed that some extra calories for recovery and sense of reward were in order
Now with no further ado! Your fellow avenger is headed for BED!! Night night!
