Day 31 continued
Back workout went well. I continued to feel strong and make improvement with everything. I always enjoy going to the gym, but this last month I've been having more fun than I have in a long time. My workouts are keeping me in a constant great mood and I love it.

-I'm always happy to see these go up because I was horrible at them a few months ago. I was averaging BWx9 for 3 sets 3 months ago.

I'm about to have 4 SLINshot before a late dinner (I'll still eat twice more before bed) and take my second 4 caps of Recycle with it.
My joints have been pretty rough all week and they're affecting a limited amount of what I can do in the gym. I don't believe Recycle (AI aspect) has anything to do with it because I've experienced this many times before when not supplementing with Cissus. Now that it's back in the picture things should return to normal and I'll be able to push harder with certain exercises. I'm starting to adapt to my new schedule and calorie increase so hopefully that will only help my end results as well.
