Day 31 continued

Back workout went well. I continued to feel strong and make improvement with everything. I always enjoy going to the gym, but this last month I've been having more fun than I have in a long time. My workouts are keeping me in a constant great mood and I love it.

I'm about to have 4 SLINshot before a late dinner (I'll still eat twice more before bed) and take my second 4 caps of Recycle with it.

My joints have been pretty rough all week and they're affecting a limited amount of what I can do in the gym. I don't believe Recycle (AI aspect) has anything to do with it because I've experienced this many times before when not supplementing with Cissus. Now that it's back in the picture things should return to normal and I'll be able to push harder with certain exercises. I'm starting to adapt to my new schedule and calorie increase so hopefully that will only help my end results as well.
 
Nice workout bro, killer back day right there! 245 on bb row is sick and a very nice increase on weight for the pull-ups too. I will have to start using added weight this week on pull-ups to try and add some size to my back. It's pretty cut but size is going to have to be my focus for the next while. I think a lot of that fun comes with the constant pushing each other in our logs bro! Almost like you can't let the people down you know? It pushed me hard in my cycle and c20 log. Keep it up bro.

Thanks brother! The workout felt great. When I started adding weight to my pull-ups is when I really started making progress...I recommend it. I think you're right about the logs adding to the fun...and yeah I don't want to have to come back from a workout to report a bad showing (but it happens). I enjoy the little added pressure of not wanting to let people down and its great seeing improvements with myself and everyone else.

Day 32

My weight was 201.6lbs (+2.6lbs overall) this morning. I've been hitting my calorie target this week and I hope its enough to add weight. I might have to crank it up a little if I'm not seeing any changes over the next few days.

I sadly finished my FS XR this morning right when I woke up. The last couple weeks its really been helping me get going with an energy kick after less than optimal sleep...it will be missed.

I had 6 caps of SLINshot before a 210g carb breakfast. My muscles have been feeling increasingly full the last week and I'm thinking the average of 10 caps a day is a factor in their appearance.

I had my D-pol this morning as well. I don't think I'll be working out today and will finally give myself a break. I made sure to dose D-pol this morning to try and prevent myself from deciding to go to the gym after work lol.

Day 33

My weight was unchanged at 201.6lbs (+2.6lbs overall) this morning. I've been monitoring this daily because I'm still trying to pinpoint the best caloric intake for my goals with all the recent changes to my daily routine. I'll probably try to fit in another 300-500 calories somewhere...this is getting beyond ridiculous. However, I noticed that I was looking slightly leaner this morning and my body composition is changing favorably. I like these results, but I'd like to add another 2-3lbs in the next month while staying lean.

Today was my first morning without FS XR to help me wake up. It took me a little longer to really get moving, but energy level is decent otherwise. I had 6 caps of SLINshot before a 210g carb breakfast and had D-pol and Recycle with the meal.

Today is definitely a break from the gym. Recover and progress has been on point with minimal rest, but I'm due for some relaxation after work.

I should have yesterday's workout up later today and a 1 month review posted by sometime tomorrow. I don't think I've ever been so busy and every free minute I have has been devoted to this log lately... about 95% of these posts have been from my phone while on the go/doing multiple things.

Bro try making this Indian shake...it's really good for heat and it will help you gain weight as well...buy some plain Greek yogurt...put like 3 or 4big spoon in blender...put some water, salt and black pepper...mix it all and drink it...it cools your body down in heat and make you feel all relaxed and stuff...really some good stuff!!

Thanks brother. I love dips...definitely one of my favorite exercises. My progress has been great since I started getting my health back in order. The last 3 months its really cranked up and this last one its been at a new level. I have D-pol and Recycle to thank for that.

Both you guys are doing a great job and making amazing progress. My many years of training gave me a huge head start on you two... You'll be suprised where you stand after a couple more years of consistent hard work.

I'll start brushing up on my acting skills...and grow a beard.

Day 33 continued

No gym today. It was nice not having to rush to the gym right after work.

I had 4 caps of SLINshot before dinner and Recycle with my food. I'm still short on today's calories so I'm going to make a big batch of "healthy" ice cream with Greek yogurt, almond milk, and protein...gonna try cinnamon roll flavor and it should be delicous.

I'll be working legs whenever I wake up tomorrow and I'm hoping for good results. I haven't had a leg workout following an off day in a long time and after what should be a good night's sleep I'll be fully refreshed.

Day 34

I woke up today refreshed, looking lean, and weighing in at exactly 202lbs (+3lbs overall). It looks like my diet/training/lifestyle is starting to come together giving me the results I'm looking for. I'm glad I was able to get a handle on things in not too much time considering all the recent changes. Any adjustments should be minimal going forward. I'll be scaling the calories back significantly today with the day off from work.

I had 5 caps of SLINshot before a 180g carb breakfast and my first dose of Recycle with it. I'm probably gonna grab one more bottle of SS (4 total) to make sure I can finish up the log dosing ~10 caps daily. It seems like a lot, but when getting 700g+ carbs a day I could easily use more.

I just had my D-pol and multi with a protein bar and will be going to the gym for a leg workout shortly. I have plenty of energy so no pre workout is needed. Hopefully MM will arrive soon and be added back into my gym routine.

Yea I was just shocked that you were able to hit 430 for 8 reps. I would fall over dead if I tried 250 for 8 right now! LOL my legs are behind big time.

I know you will have a great log for those products. I have been curious about Anebeta for some time now have just been to busy logging all these are amazing products! Sorry for throwing a different product shout in this log just real talk. Purus rocks from what I'm seeing! :-)

They are very smart, I've already bought slinshot and after having one sneak preview workout where I tried MM and fat smack I can tell they may go on the shopping list too. What we created with epic loggers was getting guys who know lifting; Having it running through their viens. It's a lot of Purus fans out there because of the 4 guys who have been putting on a show. I wanted to keep it going too, making people into believers!

Day 37

My weight was 201.5lbs (+2.5lbs overall) this morning so its pretty much unchanged. My stomach fat seems down slighty over the last week which did my best to confirm with some old calipers. I've added another 300 calories the last couple days and will bump it up to 500-600 in an attempt to keep the scale moving forward.

I had to crack open my third bottle of SLINshot and had 5 caps before a 175g carb breakfast. I took both Recycle and D-pol with my meal and I'll be heading to the gym for chest and tris. My workout schedule is a day ahead from a couple weeks ago, but ill probably keep it this way for now. I don't really know my or the gyms plans for the holiday yet so I might lose a day coming up. I'm holding off on the pre workout again to get a mini stim break while I've been getting better rest. I might try and hold out until MM arrives, but it might not happen during the work week.
 
I figured it was a good point to put up a review of the products considering the majority of the "sponsored" supplements have been finished. Thanks to Aaron and Purus I'll be getting more Recycle and MM, but I have a good idea of what they offer at this point. I didn't realize that this will turn into a MM Cherry Limeade (haven't tried that flavor yet) log before I know it. I'm about to finish up my second bottle of Recycle already and the one on the way will last me 12 days at my current dose. I'll repost the review with any necessary updates at the completion of the log.

D-Pol: I can't say enough about this product. The Nitrates provided great pumps since day one and they only seemed to get better over time. I look forward to working arms each week to see them blow up like balloons and show vascularity at an entirely new level. The DAA was very effective as well. After a couple weeks my muscle hardness was up and I was feeling like a tank. My Recovery and strength increased a good amount as well. I feel like I could hit the gym every day and continue to make accelerated progress with all my lifts. Another benefit from D-Pol was an increase in Libido. Mine was pretty low for a while and D-Pol brought it back to life...It basically feels like it helped bring me back to life in general. After slowy recovering from illness this past year I feel like I took a huge step forward and am now back to my old self. The extra strength, energy, libido, and overall feeling of well being is way more than I expected and could have asked for.

Recycle: This is a winner stacked with D-Pol. The synergy of the two products is the best of its kind that I've tried to date. It's hard to differentiate the test boosting ability when stacked, but I feel it added to it. This became clear to me after dosing 8 caps a day for a couple weeks and seeing an increase in strength as well as libido. 8 caps also provides a more efficient dose of Divanil to help free up more test. The AI aspect was also a good addition, especially when taken with D-Pol as I didn't have to worry about aromatization from the use of DAA. Recycle has kept me looking tight, and the lean look has improved since upping the dose. My definition, especially around my abs and chest continues to get better. All of this is happening while adding a little weight.

SLINshot: It quickly became a staple supplement for me. With the crazy amount of carbs I consume each day it was a no brainer. Muscle fullness has been strong and all those carbs are being put to good use. I haven't added an ounce of fat despite binging on carbs both low and high GI (mostly low). I feel confident after having the occasional cheat meal that SLINshot will help prevent any ill effects. The biggest positive I've experienced is the elimination of any bloat after a high carb meal. I've started every morning with about a 2000cal 220g carb meal and walk away feeling light on my feet. In the past such a meal would leave me bloated and not wanting to move...There's a reason why I've already bought 3 additional bottles.

Muscle Marinade: I think this is the most complete pre workout formula I've used, and there has been a lot of them. The best part is that you can get an effective dose of each performance aiding ingredient in one scoop. The flavor I used was Fresh Fruit and I thought it was delicious. I don't really care about the taste of my supplements (except maybe BCAA's), but being able to enjoy drinking it before a workout was a nice bonus. The energy from one scoop was a huge plus for me. I have a high stim tolerance and haven't gotten anything from a single scoop of other pre workouts since probably the first time I tried one. MM is definitely a permanent part of my pre workout arsenal going forward. I'm looking forward to trying Cherry Limeade as soon as it arrives.

Fat Smack XR: This was actually the first fat burner I've ever tried, so I don't have any others to compare it to. However, the energy it provided was great, especially when running around with less than optimal sleep. I also noticed a slight mood enhancement on occasion that I feel FS XR could have had a part in. My metabolism seemed cranked up and I was sweating like crazy during my workouts, which is usually kept to a minimum. I've stayed lean while eating over maintenance and actually dropped a small amount of fat in the process. I believe FS XR has added to the current positive changes in body composition that I'm now experiencing. The only down side, which didn't really bother me at all was the gut burn. If taken first thing in the morning on a completely empty stomach FS XR can cause a fire in your belly. This is easily resolved with a minimal amount of food (I used a spoonful of yogurt) and only occurred with my first dose of the day. After a few weeks of use the burn went away all together and I took it solo with no ill effects no matter the time of day.

Organ Shield: I can't really think of a way to review such a product, but the formula is solid. The antioxidants can benefit anyone, especially those putting their body through intense training. It has everything you would want to keep your vital organs functioning at their best.

Day 37 continued

I just had 4 caps of SLINshot before dinner and my second dose of Recycle with it. I need to get some grocery shopping done as I'm running low and don't want to stray from my current diet. I was close to not hitting my calorie target today, but I came up with enough ingredients to make another batch of protein ice cream which will keep me right on track.

I'll be hitting the gym tomorrow and will either work back/bis or split it up as I have been lately. I have a couple routine doctors appointments so I might be pressed for time.
 
Day 38

I weighed 202.2lbs (+3.2lbs overall) this morning. I'm liking the current pace of weight gain and the way its presenting itself in the mirror. I think a small part of my weight is from having the last couple days off from work and not sweating profusely all day.

I had another big breakfast with 5 SLINshot prior. I took Recycle with my meal and held off on D-Pol to take it before my workout.

I'm probably going to save back work for later this week. I'll be going to the gym straight from the doctor and there's a good chance I'll have a good amount of blood drawn (sometimes 15+ vials). Deadlifts can sometimes make me light headed so it might be a good idea to avoid them just to be safe. I probably won't have much time anyways. I'll most likely be taking it easy with light biceps, forearms, calves, and abs.

Thanks bro. I've been making good progress with them for a few months now. Haha yeah I only ended up getting six vials worth so I wasn't worried about it. It'll be nice to see any changes in results over the last 6+ months. Last time I had a full work up done a lot of stuff was out of range...I feel 100x better now.
