Got mine in the mail today, thanks Vaughn/iForce. Plan is the single serving tomorrow for chest/bis, double for back/tris on Sunday & the other double will either be Monday or Tuesday. This will be intra along with a scoop of Hemavol & Maximize Intense Pre. I'll post a link to my log tomorrow.
