I was swimming outside of the pool today too bro. Good work!Just switched focus from strength to fat loss this week. I'm gonna get alpha ripped with some alpha endurance!!. Today was my first day back doing cardio. I sweat so much it looked like I took an alpha swim!.
I'm too alpha, so I have to do some anti alpha things to level the playing field.

Good morning brothers.. 9am here in Hawaii and I'm counting down the hours till I crush some shoulders and traps today.. I got my partner back for two weeks while his naval ship is docked here in Hawaii.. thinking about attempting a 485 shoulder press.. hmmmmm... I got 405 for 8 reps.. just thinking about trying this 485.. my shrugs are at 675 off the Smith machine.. its too bad our dumbbells at my gym only go up to 125.. I wanna attempt the 200 lbs dumbbells..
