Haha.. its Rimpac here in Hawaii and all of our *** stores are super busy, mine included... Not to mention I'm short on staff and pulling major overtime.. I still train like a beast at 530 every morning still.. just awaiting my test powder and ill be good.. I was catching up on the posts and man a lot of it made me laugh.. ill be logging in more often...

Just switched focus from strength to fat loss this week. I'm gonna get alpha ripped with some alpha endurance!!. Today was my first day back doing cardio. I sweat so much it looked like I took an alpha swim!.

My advice. Skip the cardio and just stick with weights. You can get down to 8% without cardio. In reality you could get much lower than that.

Cardio allows you to eat more while losing the same amount of weight(Assuming the amount of cardio matches the increase in calories). I don't really do cardio because Im a fat kid at heart but if he has the motivation to do it, I would definitely recommend it.

I agree, cardio put me where I wanted to be. When you get used to it it's not that bad anyway. Especially when most machines will have a tv right on the machine.

Sure I could skip it, but I actually enjoy cardio. It's not just for fat loss, it really helps me with my endurance too and lowering RHR, lowering blood pressure.
 
Good morning brothers.. 9am here in Hawaii and I'm counting down the hours till I crush some shoulders and traps today.. I got my partner back for two weeks while his naval ship is docked here in Hawaii.. thinking about attempting a 485 shoulder press.. hmmmmm... I got 405 for 8 reps.. just thinking about trying this 485.. my shrugs are at 675 off the Smith machine.. its too bad our dumbbells at my gym only go up to 125.. I wanna attempt the 200 lbs dumbbells..

That's nothin bro. I did 405 9 times this morning. But I was deadlifting lol. Amazing strength, alpha for sure hulkbrah.

Double agree! I used to hate cardio then just like lifting it became a need. I love doing sprints, running, hiit etc... I feel like for me it has more benefits for stress relief than the gym. Hitting the pavement and just going. Getting your heart rate going to where it feels like its going to pop. Shít's good : )

****ty thing is my chiropractor told me yesterday that I can't run for a while... Fugger! And my girlfriend went with me huge mistake Cuz she'll make me stick to it. Lol!!!

Haha.. thanks guys.. yeah it took years though to build that much strength... Got injured a few times but came back stronger.. usplabs has pushed my training to another level and I keep hitting new prs every week...
