I'm jealous of you guys talking about lifting, just a bit longer til I can start back up. Been subjected to cardio and legs days with a cracked left wrist. Last couple weeks have been killer not being able to do anything but cardio. Weight has been dropping like its hot though!

Cracked wrist? Damn bro that's rough. I can only imagine how bad you want to lift. Took a four day deload and that was too much for me! What kind of alpha sh1t were you doing to injure your wrist?

I don't even know. Just noticed this bump on my wrist and recently I always had slight pain there. Ended up going to the dr. and found out it was cracked. Got a brace and told no lifting for 6 weeks. Then to ease back into the weights.

That is strange. I did something to forearms at the gym. I'm not sure how I did it but I have pain all the way down from the wrist to the elbow on both arms. My grip strength is almost completely gone. Don't know what I did to them. Tried to power through it Tuesday and then on Wednesday they hurt even more. So now I'm taking the rest of the week off and trying going back next Tuesday. Its weird because it doesn't feel like a muscle strain/pain at all. Haven't seen the doctor for it because most of the time for something like this I'm just told to rest it. Plus I really have no confidence or trust in my doctor.
 
Ill be posting my ALPHA lunch as soon as she's done cooking... wait till you see this bad boy.

Will these feces though raises my testosterone 200 percent? Cause I've heard a blend of albino polar bear feces and dodo bird will make a man not only the Alpha of all Alphas. But the animal kingdom will also recognize him as the ruler. Kind of like Aquaman.

I've had something similar to this caused by preacher curls, I took a few weeks of biceps and narrowed my grip and have never had it again. Just a thought.
