August 1st, 2011 I started to try to lose all the weight I had put on. I stepped on the scale at over 380lbs, in the 250's today at almost 11 months later! Want to get back to my college days! About 210-220 it's looking like will be around were I'll hover which is a bit lower than the 230's in college. Starting to get back the definition I had in college. That's gave me a lot of control as I want to be back to superior health. Especially now that I have a son who looks up to me.
