First, you can do HIIT for a full 30-40 minutes at 20 seconds all out, 10 seconds rest. Let me put it this way...your HIIT habits will have to change. Everyone, and I mean everyone, has a 100% threshold for exertion. If you're able to do HIIT for that long with only 10 second rest intervals, you are not at high intensity for those 20 seconds. You may be moving fast, but relative to your level of fitness, you are not pushing yourself enough. Try this: limit your HIIT sessions to 20 minutes. You can do 30 seconds on, 1 minute off at the absolute maximum. But for those 30 seconds, you need to KILL it. I mean leave nothing on the table. Don't think about the next interval you have to run...unload it all on any given interval. You may only last 10 minutes this way, but this is how HIIT works, and this is how you will truly build up your VO2 max.

The rest looks pretty good, especially diet-wise. One thing I would look at again is your caloric total on workout days. The macros don't add up to the total.

Very strong lifts for your bodyweights. It really shows in the BW exercises...your dips and pullups are insane. Add weight to the pullups if possible and you will get even stronger.

Well...Haven't started dosage and it will begin upon monday morning due to already explained reasons, but might as well get on giving you some baseline numbers with what I did today...lets see:

BP 5/3/1 DAY Take 2!! (I failed last week in this day due to lack of sleep and kCals the previous day...Mistake I won't make again)

Warmups (For me they are explosive, wide grip)

Working sets:

185x1+1 rep , managed the first one all the way to the bottom and ALL the way up by myself, the second one I was stuggling a bit with getting it off the chest a friend merely graced the bar for it and I did the rest, including lockout by myself.

After that did 2 additional sets of the main lift because...well felt like it and there was a very pretty girl nearby...

-60x8 (Had only 30 seconds of rest from the past set and felt like going straight into this one...)
-65x10 (after 2 mins of rest, some water and a better mindset achieved this)
-70x4 (I damn near killed myself...first it was a pain in the a*s getting them up the first time , but managed it alone, and at the 5th rep trying to go up my right shoulder gave up and well...I was merely crushed by more than half my weight in 1 hand haha, so only 4 reps and failed)
-45x10 DS 35x10 (decided to let my shoulder catch a break and gear this towards a nice pump while keeping real good form and explosive movements)

Weighted dips

BW+70x5 PR today btw , A while ago I started with weighted dips with +25x5 and build it up to 50x10...now looking to make this 70x10.

And a while ago at night around 10 or so knocked out:
100 push ups (2 sets of 50 trying to make the MOST of them explosive)
100 deep hammer grip push ups with the Men's Health Fitness Bar Accessory Device (3 sets of 30 and then just added 10 because I felt like getting 100 too)

Wanted to try that one out, the bar, since the roomate has it and it seemed interesting...hm not bad I guess.

My nutrition and all the cooking will begin on monday...but yes I wanted to brag about my PRs xD it was my heavy week for 5.3.1 after all! hahaha.

I'm still on the go and on the phone with my dad...I'm gonna need to binge today some stuff happened and I ended up pushing the car for around 10 blocks...ugh and some guy named draft905 or something negged me and I don't even know why? oO Nice huh?...My first thought was to well...rep back in spite of good karma...well no, first it was to neg to zero xD but that lasted a millisecond and then I thought...heck I don't care he didn't read the rest of the post, I'll rep him back so he doesn't think there's any hard feelings left...but since he IS a rep :3 well I rather not mess with him at all..neither under a good light or bad light kind of way :D lets just focus on the log...ok...so today car broke down due to the heat...and had to push it (with my dad comfy in the inside sitting and driving :D) around 10 blocks or so...to the nearest gas station, we got a mechanic there and he said the dealership should cover it since its a new car and well its not normal to have them failing even under extreme heat after just some months after purchase, but in adition to this mornings cardio, I added in a good sweat pushing the car, and hope I did not overdo it or pulled a hammy or something hahaha my dad offered to help, but I wanted to show off I had become stronger :P! Anyways, tonight we got dinner with his cousin (my favorite aunt) which is in town too and we get to binge on some food...since all I've had was a hayashi meal with around 8oz of steamed jazmin rice, 2 eggs , 4 oz of beef and 4 oz of shrimp...so nowhere NEAR my kCal needs and also threw in a bunch of veggies , all only grilled without anything else but some sauces (the shirashi or however it is spelt sauce, I know the jap kanji but not the romaji translation haha) and well, loads of natural black tea...so tonight I'll probably have a lot of pasta for the carbs, and make sure I order the big BIG boy steak at w.e restaurant we pick :3!!!

It's ok bro it's part of me having to grow up too and learning not to care so much about getting my points through and merely providing the advice they ask for, and only suggest something if it goes according to the posters goals and way of being and training , if not merely auto-replying direct and concrete answers so I don't get more involved than needed be :3

Ok out and about again , cardio this morning was detrimental to say the least...I blame it on the fact that I might have only hit around 2000kCals and well I had a 7 mile run am, walked around all day and pushed a car+dad for the aforementioned distance...leaving me lethargic when I woke up and not letting me get past 25mins of a run and puking my guts out and almost passing out :( but aw well nothing EC all day can't help me push through even though I feel tired and groggy...can't wait to strt dosing Form-x tomorrow morning haha

25mins cardio is better than nothing bro....get some rest today and kill it from tomorrow :)
 
Nice job on the PRs. If you keep adding weight to your dips, you will be lifting 2 of you.

Good luck with the Form-x buddy! Looks like a solid product...I'd be running it with you if the timing was better. Have you tried any DAA before?

Thanks bro :) it was a previous engagement haha and it took a while to finally settle down and well, I'm glad I can keep up to something I committed :p next time we can apply to run something bro haha though we can't compare it wouldn't be fair you are a pure spartan and have amazing lifts bro :3 I'll give it my best to make it a worthwhile log so you guys get something out of my small adventures :D
Barely tried like a week and a half of it haha a friend of mine had some left over sns caps but I think it yields more in the long run and paired with an AI :3!!!

I sweat my @ss off before I even get to the gym and was cramping whenever I did legs, but recently I've been drinking coconut water as my workout juice, the potassium seems to help. I think if I went first thing in the morning that would probably help too (wouldn't have a chance to dehydrate)

I eat waaaay to many tomatoes to worry about cramps haha...I almost never list my veggies (except when I explain my recipes) because I never worry or count their caloric/carb weight at all, greens are greens and they are needed, and true tomatoes are a fruit...but meh 2-3 tomatoes a day are not gonna get me fat and the amount of benefits they carry far outweighs the time it takes to cut them and munch on them :'3!!! And well...to add to that, I have cucumbers, squash, zucchini , various kinds of lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, asparragus, lima beans (this are tricky because I will use them from time to time as main carb source), hmmm I love broccoli , can't get enough of it too haha , specially with good old cottage cheese :p hence I never get many of the sides that come with the lack of micronutrients :3 and on bulks...well I don't even take a multi hahaha , only when I cut, and on the late stages because I do NOT have enough micronutrients , and orange triad has good joint support complex and helps keep joints from ever getting sore (never had joint issues either oO)
 
damn, I really need to be more diet conscience. 2-3 tomatoes a day!? I've been eating spinach salad mix (store bought) twice a day and thought I was doing good.

Morning fellas, started dosage at 5am today and I'm stepping out of the gym ATM, I think it's too soon to tell effects at all but well they shall be reporterted in the hours/days to come, and my workout to full detail will be copied up later today, right now I gotta run and go to the office early and well...start aos kissing so I can get out early and be wih my dad a bit longer before I take him to the airport. But needless to say, I'm finally NOT being a scale paranoid and I much appreciated the well deserved and needed rest this days, and it showed in my workout.
