Training experience -
Have been working out off and on for a total of four years but for half of that I had no routine and saw little progress. I got more serious these past two years but I am not bodybuilder by any means, I lift because I enjoy it, I enjoy seeing progress, I enjoy the lifestyle but I don't limit myself in other areas of my life just because of lifting. I still go out to eat with friends, and enjoy beer as much as any other average 23 year old would. I'm cutting for summer, and I don't believe I have ever been below 12% in my entire life. I was skinny fat and lazy as fuk during my highschool years and the only sports I played were computer games. All that changed my sophomore year of college when a friend of mine helped me get a gym addiction.


Goals -
Lose fat 4 lbs would be great, maintain muscle, continue developing mind muscle connection, and continue to improve my form, maintain or slightly increase strength

Diet
I do not count calories; I do watch my macros though. I have dieted in the past and realize what kind of meals I should eat to lose fat. I am not trying to cut to 7% bodyfat; I would be more than happy with 9%. This is a summer cut. I cheat occasionally but mainly with alcohol, gin?.
Meals usually consist of around 10 oz of meat, a small serving of carbs, and a good portion of leafy green vegetables.

Started out AAv2 today. Dosed 2 caps as soon as I woke up, I took them about 5 minutes after I took some fish oil to help ease the capsaicium extract into my GI. I dosed another 2 caps 30 minutes before dinner (Looking back I don't believe this is as effective as dosing 90 min after a meal). Plan on dosing another 2 caps 90 min after I finish my veggie shake and cottage cheese

Effects so far that I can feel
-Feeling much warmer all over, obviously a potent thermogenic
-Soaked my shirt at the gym today, even though it was a quick chest workout with no cardio (Ran out of time)


Diet so far today has been average, calories will be adjusted over time to see how I react to AAv2, it may be best for hardcore cutting or something less calorie restricted.

Day 4 report. Dosing regimen - 2 caps empty stomach when I wake up. 2 caps pre-workout. 2 caps 90 min after last meal.


Did legs last night, and back today. I have definitely noticed increased vascularity during both workouts, I think its also increasing my pump to some degree especially when I dose two caps pre-workout. My body is warm all over all day long!

So far so good :)

That's a pretty sweet dosing schedule.

Near end when really wanting to dry up, take 2 pre bed with fish oil. Sleep improvement and drying out... Beautiful site my man
