Cardio is the best bro...I'm glad you really focusing on cardio...it's gonna help you alot...just eat healthy bro...remember all the hard work you do at gym gonna be no use if you don't eat healthy...you doing great bro...let's get you around 200lbs...I kno you can do it!!! :)

I don't have the discipline to run on treadmill for 45 min. I need my elliptical and distraction in the form of a good game on TV. Or girls walking out of yoga class.

Then I look down and Im like what I have been on here for an hour really ? lol

Same here. I can't do that much on the treadmill. Put me on the elliptical or the stationary bike though and I'll pull my hat down and get tunnel vision focusing on my music and not pay attention to time.

Had two good looking women on the treadmills right in front of the elliptical I was on the other night.. It was a fun cardio session.
 
Today straight cardio day. Hit up 45 minutes on treadmill then sauns 2.56 miles

Wonderful , this numbers keep getting higher and higher in cardio bro! Hulk is getting conditioned! :D

Today hit up a 1 mile of treadmill, then legs. Was hurting like hell after leg day but still manage to take kids to park for some more exercise and track. I keep trying to figure out why I'm not sweating more then usual.

Legs:

body weight lunges 3 complete sets back and forth in hall way at gym

leg presses: warm with 4 plates x 8, 6 plates x 8,8 8 plates x 8

leg ext seated: 135lbs x 8,8,8

lying leg curls: 80lbs x 8,8,8

trap bar dead lifts: 185lbs x 6,6,6

Great looking leg day man! Even better that you got some family time in afterwards. There's nothing like quality time with the kids.
 
Thanks bro, I have made the decision to lose weight and become healthier again because of my family. I'm just struggling with why i seem to have stop sweating a lot more then usual. I have always sweated a ton but last couple weeks I can't get back down to 220's!!!

Hmmm, that's weird man. I'm still sweating like a beast. Hope you get that figured out. Family is the best motivator, even if they don't realize it.

That not sweating thing is strange! Im sure your drinking enough water right?
 
Yeah man drink water all day. I'm sweating a during lifting, but not much on the cardio. I sweated like hell the first couple months out of surgery but then last couple weeks I haven't sweated as much. Maybe mental IDK just po wanting to drop more weight. I eat nothing but lean meats, carbs consist of fruit, oatmeal, sweet potado, quinoa, or brown rice. Then I eat eggs, veggies. I stay the hell away from sweets.
 
looks like a good line up of foods bro. Do you count calories at all id be interested to see what you have going on...also if you need any help setting up a nutrition protocol I will be glad to help a brotha out!
 
Yeah man I need to some how. The thing with me is the wills there but it's so hard to count with the fact I work a long work schedule, two kids, and wife that cooks lean but it's hard to keep a truthful total food log.
 
Today sweated more!!! Was dripping lol. Hit up 1.5 miles on treadmill. Then I'm heading to walk around the block after in laws leave. I hit up chest today and had a good pump. Sleep still going well, and mood is still up.

Chest:

flat bench db's press: 60lbs x 8,8,8

machine presses: 100lbs x 8,8,8

pec/dek: 137.5lbs x 10,10,10

incline db presses: 50lbs x 8,8,8

3 sets of pushups x 15 reps.
 
Good workout man. I don't know if you've tried it, but a lot of us use Invalid Link Removed to track macros and all. If you have a smartphone, they have apps so you can use it when you're not able to get online. It's been a huge help for me.
 
I will check my iphone and download. Its hard though to use right? Cause you gota be precise on what brand and such. IDK never tried it but wouldn't hurt.

Most of the foods are already in their database, you just have to add how much. I haven't used the smartphone app, but I know fumoney posts his mfp charts in his log from his phone. Maybe we can get him to chime in and give you some advice on that part of it.

You have to have your phone with you all the time and be ready to enter everytime you eat. Entering after the fact is a b*tch. What does help is if you can see if you can go on a routine with similar foods. Create your own food and meals and save them on the app. It's a lot of work in the beginning, but after you are done it is a breeze. Once you saved them, it is easy to retrieve and enter. You are also entering data you can trust since you created them. Why ? App searches everything....meaning it searches entries saved by other members. It is not always correct and sometimes it is missing valuable data. (Some have incorrect data and some have just the calories)

By the way, app also allows you to scan the bar code of food your eating if it has it.

Taking about 1 hour of your time to set up and to build your database is the key. I know...it's difficcult to find that 1 hour sometimes.

I love this app and it has helped me stay on track. You can even post screenshots. I can do it with iphone. I am not sure if you can do it with your phone. If you can great ! Take screenshots and save it in your picture folder. AM app allows you to post pictures from your picture folder on your phone.

You have really up the intensity in your workout man. Keep it up !!! Just mindless workouts with intensity and all of sudden results start to show.

Hey bro...on the subject of calorie apps...I use "Lose It" It has been the easiest and most straight forward of all that I have tried so far. They even have a barcode scanner that inputs the food for you...pretty sweet.

Marms this is from last months log. AS you can see my main fat trouble ares are chest, back and abs. My legs I give up on nothing I can do to shred them much more lol and I have cuts in my forearms. This is why I get so ill cause I want the rest of my body to drop so much bf.

Not yet bro will at end of this month. Yeah Im down to 234 now. My goal is 190 to 205lb! Darn scale at *** tries to tell me because of my height I should be 155 yeah right haha. My calves measured last year close to 19inch.

I'll never have huge calves, just don't have the genetics for it. Doesn't mean I'm not going to work the crap out of em though..LOL

All the potential is in that back bicep shot. Huge improvement and well proportioned in development. You are going to be shredded at 200.
