Day 15:
So 1st bottle of the black is gone. Been a productive 2 weeks getting back into the swing of things. Today was legs & I came in & work out with a buddy. Hit squats mostly, about 4-5 sets, moved onto leg press, hack squats, & finished off with the football squat machine. In between sets we did push ups as well. Reps stayed in the 8-10 range on most exercises. Max weight on squats was 205. No new impressive #s but really wasn't shooting for that this time around.

M1D Black:
So alpha feeling is def there, acne is picking up a tad bit. I am holding a tad bit of water as well. The same fullness & dense look is present as well. This isn't by a strong "PH" by any means, so if a person is looking for something beyond the "store" purchase level this won't ellicit those types of gains. It's also a whole lot safer though. As I close out my 2 week conclusion I would say it's perfect for someone who has a foundation set up and wants something to add more endurance an a alpha feeling. With that alpha feeling comes and increase in libido too. As far as strength and mass, that's diet dependent. I'm eating, but I'm not eating like a pig, or at a full on bulk level. My strength is slowly coming back to where it was a few months ago & I do look a whole hell of a lot thicker then when I 1st started.

Great update ANIMAL!!! You already on day15 fack time flys lol...and you finished a bottle on 2weeks...you must be dosing crazy lol...im glad everything going great for you coz I kno you don't like PH...numbers looking great definitely increase in strength...doing great bro...just keep hitting the weights hard and do some cardio...I don't think you do cardio...atleast 20mins will be good :)

Thanks, & yeah I don't like cardio, but I'm on my way in to do some this AM. I can't believe it. When I started a methyl, man I think I lose like 5lbs, because I can't eat, head aches come about, don't want to lift, I don't know just don't respond well to methyls.

Yeah I do. Off day as far as lifting goes. I work late tonight, so figured I'd do some cardio, since it needs to be done.

I did 20 minutes on the stair master level 15, machine said I burned 331 cals. Got home and looked like I lost a couple pounds; Now let's see if I can keep this up to 3-4 days a week.
 
Eh, personal issues. Just went for a long run to clear the thoughts out lol, but yes Im naturally lean with the diet, but the cardiovascular benefits would be nice to have back lol.

Thx guys. Yeah seems I have more energy as well. Hopefully doing it I can see a drop in body fat.
 
Ugh if i miss a meal i swear i lose 5 pounds, i know ill regret saying it now, but i cant wait for my metabolism to slow down.

I wish mine was that fast. I eat a little dirty and gain an inch around my midsection, darn endomorphs.

Usually 1 in the AM & 1 in the afternoon. I work out @ night.

Hmm if it's convenient I would do 1 in the AM then 1 either with your pre-workout meal if its close to your workout (~60 min) or something like 45 min. pre- not with a meal. The carnitine-l-tartrate is nice for pre-wo and you want to make sure your blood levels of everything are peaked.

Thx for the dosing advice Cassie, will def give it a go; One of the joys of not having to take this product with a meal.

First off agility test was this AM, I passed.
Happy about that, onto the swim test on Monday.

I've been in the gym the past two days, but do to work & general life didn't keep track of my #'s the last few days. I also only stuck to doing only deads, squats, bench, & military press the last 2 days. So onto the fun stuff. Still holding the same weight, but some mornings I look lean other days more full. Comments are rolling in from people and they are all positive. Strength is climbing. Still not pilling on the weight high on the bar compared to some of you, but set after set everything is getting much easier. Seen a drastic inprovement on my deadlifts for reps to weight ratio, that I do know. I also have been eating a ton of calories like 3000, some days close to 3500, guess I'm burning em with the cardio and "practicing" for these test, the scale aint moving. Nothing negative to report about M1D Black. Some strength gains showed up early on in the log, but they been kind of steady so far. We will see towards the end of this week or next week.
Do feel I need to take a break to heal & rest up, which I will be doing soon enough.
 
Congrats on the agility test and climbing strength. Sounds like your getting some good results.

Good luck with the swimming too. The practice you've been getting should help out.
 
Thanks guys. Yup been my focus on getting these test done now the past couple weeks. People there thought I was fairly athletic and had some good faith in me. Got up to do the patrol car push, instructor said "you shouldn't have any problems with this., I laughed & said I hope not.

Most of you guys are all lean & ripped now, & still pushin mad weight; Sure if any of you guys who are following my log took that test would kill it for sure.

I didn't think you would have a prob with the agility test. But good luck on that swim I know your worried about that.
