Sadly, I will not use Methyl-Synephrine and Caffeine tabs during the Clen cycle. That would probably be too much. I will continue to take my pre-workout drink and consume as much coffee as I please (usually 3 cups per day, roughly). This is usually something that is advised against due to blood pressure and over stimmed effect, but as mentioned earlier I am very stim tolerant and dont expect to have any issues. Worst case scenario if I have any blood pressure issues, i'll drop the pre-workouts for a while. I could use a break, anyways!

Come to think about it...my body could use a good 4 week break from supplements for a while. I dont think i've ever taken a break since I started using supps 2.5-3 years ago. Maybe thats why I am so stimulant tolerant? haha

Sure!

Usually clen is used 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. This is because clen is a beta 2 agonist and will eventually downgrade the beta 2 receptors after a 2 week period. Therefore making the clen not as effective. People usually take 2 weeks off to allow their receptors to recover and to allow for continued effectiveness of clen.

This is how I did clen in the past. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. For the reasons listed above.

However, I'm sure you've seen people talk about Ketotifen or Benadryl being used with Clen if you have done enough research. The thought it that Ketotifen will prevent further down regulation of the beta 2 receptors and will actually up regulate them. You begin using Ketotifen at the point where receptors are expected to be downregulated (week 3). Therefore allowing for clen to be used for periods of longer than 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Most people going for 6 weeks at a time this way.

It was mentioned that some people will use Benadryl instead of Ketotifen to up regulate the receptors. I can't speak as to whether or not this works, I wasn't willing to try. I figured I was better off to get the Ketotifen and go with the sure thing.

It is also worth mentioning that I'm not sure that this will work or not. As I have only ever done 2 on and 2 off protocol. Towards the end of a two week period the sides of clen (shakiness and jitters, heat and sweating) start to decline... Telling me that my receptors have been down graded and my clen is becoming less effective. I wont know if the Ketotifen strategy works or not until I get into week 3 or so of clen and can still feel its effects. If I feel it declining, even with the use of Keto, I'll assume it wasn't working and will use a break.

I'm also doing Ketotifen every week after the 3rd week. This is to make sure it will serve its purpose. Most places advocate using Ketotifen every 3rd week, but not continuously from the 3rd week as I am doing, as they find it unnecessary.

Today was a rest day, low carb day as well.

Training: 350 calories sprints on treadmill

I did some cardio after work because I was bored. Also, I mentioned that I would like to start doing cardio on one of my off days to help the weekly calorie deficit. It will 99% of the time be done on a Friday such as today.

Diet:

Meal 1: 50g protein isolate, 2tbsp peanut butter

Meal 2: 10oz lean ground beef

Meal 3: 8oz lean ground beef

Meal 4: 25g casein protein, 8oz unsweetened almond milk

Total: 1620 calories, 31 carb, 56 fat, 243 protein

Pretty much nailed the diet today. Wasn't hungry at all throughout the evening. Stomach wasn't cooperating so much this morning, though.

I dosed my MS at 3 60mg caps today instead of 2 to see how I felt. Hunger was noticeably low, that's about it. Interesting report, IMO.

Conclusion: not much to report. Other than my uncontrollable excitement to start clen after a long time of waiting!

Thanks dude! I was looking more lean in the gym a few hours ago when I did cardio...it's getting exciting!

No problem on the question. You'll find that when researching clen that there is a TON of conflicting information.

So...by means of a few fortunate financial happenings I have been granted the ability to purchase: more clen (from a licensed facility), T3

I was a bit skeptical of my Clen that I already have. I know that it works, but it took increased dosages than what is common before I noticed side effects such as shakiness and such. Just as a precaution, because I am not screwing around with this next 6 weeks, I purchased Clen from a licensed facility that is guaranteed to be very legit. It is likely that even if the Clen that I currently have is legit (as I know it to be) it is probably not as concentrated as the stuff that I just purchased. I am just granting myself the peace of mind that my Clen will be full strength during the next 9 weeks this way! Yes...9 weeks...because it is guaranteed that I have enough for that now!

Cytomel T3 (liothyronine) is pure T3 thyroid hormone. Very strong stuff. It will dramatically increase the body metabolism. It is commonly ran with Clen for maximum fat loss. It is often ran with some type of AAS to prevent catabolism, at in dramatically increases the metabolism to this point.

My cycle will still begin tomorrow, but with the Clen that I already have. Shouldnt be any issues in doing this, especially since I am dosing at 60mcg for the first few days to let the stuff get into my system. I hope that the stuff I just ordered gets here soon. Should be here by the end of the coming week at worst. I will be a few days behind on beginning T3 because of the delay that shipping will cause. I will make it work, no worries. Worst case scenario: I only use Keto for 2 of the first 3 planned weeks because of the delay in shipping.

Alright...took my first dosage of Clen about 15 minutes ago. I took 60mcg to start off and will stick to that dosage for a few days (until my new stuff comes in)

I purchased the new clen because I thoug it would be more potent and reliable than what I currently have. However, at 60mcg I'm shaking like Michael j fox .... It took until 120mcg for me to get shaky last time. Perhaps my clen is stronger than I thought?! This is welcomed news, but I will still use the clen tabs that I have only until my new shipment comes in. No chances.

I'm about to go do some cardio and sauna time this morning, even though its supposed to be a day off. Last nights refeed as a mental break was all good and great last night, but I always feel terrible the next day. I almost guarantee that I weigh in at 190lbs or so after yesterday being a refeed....despite weighing a consistent 184 almost all last week.

I can eat a lot of carbs or not a lot. Weight will only be a +/- 3lbs difference.

Excessive shaking = horrible putting stroke. Haha. take it easy bro, excited to see the results.

Me too In one cheat meal I can gain ten pounds that's why I quit weighing myself everyday. I weigh tues am every week or else it drives me nuts. I was 176.8 yesterday am and after finishing off having my cheat meal last night I woke at 187. Lol

Fortunately, I manage to adhere to my diet 90% of the time and can avoid the large weight fluctuations. And it is usually water weight, of course.

First day of clen is awesome! I love a product that I can feel working. Body heat is up. Sweating like a pig! Awesome feeling!
 
I'm afraid that my cardio will have to be changed up a bit while doing Clen. I was barely able to breathe while doing intervals on the StairMaster and my heart rate stayed around 170. Looks like my gym time is going to be extended so I can do longer periods of cardio... Bluh

I usually do the stairmaster for about 16-17 minutes, interval setting, and burn 300 calories. I wasnt able to keep up with my normal pace this morning....the Clen zaps my breath. It happened last time tht I used Clen, too. Just part of it
 
Background: I am a 20 year old college student at Eastern Kentucky University. I am a PGA PGM Major, otherwise referred to as professional golf management. I am not your stereotypical golfer, quite the opposite! As part of my major, I wil be traveling to Santa Barbara, California to spend the summer as an intern at a local golf course. While in California I will join a gym and continue to workout, although my time will also be shared with work. I have always been a "fat kid" so to speak and was never comfortable in my own skin until I took the time to do something about it. Over the past couple years I have dedicated a lot of my time and energy towards improving my physique to something that was acceptable to me and made me feel better about myself. I began my journey at 258lbs and God only knows what percentage of bodyfat. Currently I am 5'9" 186.5lbs and between 9.5-10% bodyfat (last official measurement on BodPod was 10.2, but i've lost some fat since then). My lowest weight since beginning my body transformation was 175lbs on the number, before I spent the past winter bulking up and replacing the muscle that I had lost oer long periods of time cutting. I have extensive knowledge on supplementing. Currently I have a ton of different supplements that I have obtained one way or the other over time. In addition, I have used a large amount of different supplements in the past and know how my body responds to each. If anyone has questions as to what similar products I have used or anything of that sort, please ask. I would be happy to draw any comparisons that I am able.

Topical Formestane I have 0 knowledge of and therefore am not comfortable on giving advice. This goes for the T2 xtreme as well.

What are your goals?

The Erase and DAA that you have will be a fun combo. DAA will take about 2 weeks to kick in. You will want to start using the Erase at 3 caps per day (if this is the old "Erase" and not the newer "Erase Pro") unless you feel joint stiffness, kick back to 2 caps per day. Use DAA at 3g daily. Space out the dosages of Erase as far apart as you can. 1am, 1midday, 1 evening. DAA has a lot of different dosing options.
 
looking to pack on some lean muscle and get a drier harder look. ive been out of the gym a couple months due to some ligament tears in my hand, so im feeling and looking pretty soft right now. looking for the best combo to kick start my return if you know what i mean
 
I wanna make a comment on my proposed dosage level of Cytomel T3 during this stack...

I might not ramp the dosage up each week if the weight is dropping steadily. T3 can be very catabolic, after a certain dosage I will no longer be burning fat but will be burning muscle, instead. The ideal dosage for me is unknown, because I have never used T3 before. I know that my natural thyroid is more hypo than hyper, definitely. And I also know that I have lowered thyroid levels because of dieting or extended periods, as supported by some side effects that I currently have (tired, sensative to cold, reduced body heat). Basically, I will increase the dosage until I feel that I am at a good level and then keep it there.

Common dosages are 50mcg - 100mcg

In my proposal for the cycle I mentioned beginning the cycle at 50mcg and increasing as high as the 100mcg point. But, if I am getting good results from 75mcg, for example, then I will not increase to 100mcg unless it becomes necessary to avoid plateau.

Have I mentioned that I am extremely excited about the next 9 weeks?! I feel closer to my goals than ever, I think this will finally be the point where I have a full out shredded 6 pack and a very low bodyfat percenage. It has been a long, long road since weighing 259lbs and being in terrible shape. I am so close to getting where I've wanted to be for a long time now! I think the T3 will work nicely alongside Clen..I expect to get it by the middle of this week!

My research has shown that you can feel T3 very well when it works, and it begins working almost immediately. Clen is something that you can feel as well. I have already mentioned some feelings that I've had on clen thusfar...expect to see a lot more "feelings" in the coming weeks. Hopefully some strong ones!

Im not familiar with the 2 products that you mentioned. But the Erase and DAA when used with a proper diet should assist you in reaching those goals. Erase creates a dry, hard look by itself. When used with DAA your going to be having a nice increase in testosterone while minimizing estrogen and cortisol. This will translate to LBM gains as well as a hard, dry physique... assuming your diet and training are on point.

oh and t2 xtreme is basically alpha t2 just a different brand, some guys were saying it's a little more potent effective though so i thought id try it out. and formestane is an estrogen blocking hormone inhibitor, and i figured it would be beast teamed up with erase and daa

AnaBeta Elite is awesome. It would be beneficial to your goal. I would recommend getting it. I think several of the people in my thread would agree with this!

I wouldnt bother with a fat burner while trying to add some weight. Its counter productive.

Using formestane and Erase would be somewhat redundant, based on your description of formestane. The Erase, IME, is very strong and will supply all of the estrogen/cortisol control that you could want!

Had a decent round of golf today. Shot 80 on a tough course. First 18 hole round in white a while. Not my best by a long shot, but not my worst, either.

Clen went well at 60mcg this morning. Slight trembling of the hands for the next 2 hours after dosage. Noticeable sweating increase. Noticeable increase in heart rate, especially when moving around and being active. Definitely a decrease in lung capacity when trying to do some cardio.

I also have had an aching lower back all evening. This could be from golf since I took some time off. Hard to tell. But I'm mentioning it just in case.

Jumping to 80mcg tomorrow! Will keep everyone posted on results!

Tomorrow is low carb diet. Chest training.

PS: everyone keep their fingers crossed that all of my packages get here soon! I'm waiting on Ketotifen (which I won't need for a bit), T3(which I was supposed to take today), and my new batch of clen (which should have been taken today instead of my old batch), and finally my insulin syringes to measure the medications. I don't wanna waste an entire week! Hopefully this stuff arrives soon.

Okay...awesome stuff to report today! I didnt weigh in today because I wore sweats and a heavy shirt to help me retain body heat and sweat during my workout. Definitely proved effective, lemme say that much!

Today was a chest training day as well as a medium carb day.

Training:
Barbell Bench Press: 135x15, 225x10, 315x8, 335x5, 335x3
Barbell Bench (Wide Grip): 225x12, 225x10, 225x8
Decline DB Press: 50x12, 70x10, 90x8, 100x5
Inclind DB Press: 50x12
Incline Cable Cross: 25x12, 40x10, 30x12
Dips (Failure): 26
Pushups (Failure): 25
Cardio: 300 calories, stairmaster intervals (even though I thought I was going to die the entire time)

Training was incredible today. I decided to switch it up and go back to doing bench press first rather than doing my dumbbell workout first. Just a change of pace to mix things up a bit. I'm really glad that I did this. You will notice a few numbers bolded from my training, these are all PR's! My previous bench press PR was 315x3 and was done when I was using Hdrol (hardly counts). I ended up getting 315x8 (which became a PR at that point) and still had gas in the tank, went for 335x5 (now my PR). After 335x5 (my current PR) I finished ith 335x3 (which would have been a PR if I had not just gotten 5 reps). Incredible time on the bench press! Also....I hit 90lb and 100lb dumbbells on decline DB Press. Both of which were PR's as they happened, the 90lb became a PR and then I Immediately broke it on the next set with the 100lb DB's. Fantastic weight training day. Also worth noting: I was sweating during my weight training today. This usually doesnt happen, I usually dont sweat unless im doing cardio. Good sign from Clen!

Cardio was good. Sweating like crazy the entire time (thank you Clen). Really can feel the clen in my chest when I am doing cardio. Deeper breaths are harder to take and it feels like my lungs are being squeezed the entire time. It's more exhausting to do cardio, but it is noticeably more effective.

All in all, training was fantastic!

Diet:

Meal 1 (Pre-workout): Banana, 8oz ground beef, 3 small cookies (I'll explain)

Meal 2 (Post-workout): Banana, 8oz Greek Yogurt, 25g protein isolate

Meal 3 (Lunchish): 8oz ground beef

Meal 4 (Dinner): 8oz ground beef

Total: 1858 calories, 95g carb, 55g fat, 231g protein

I went over my daily calories by 58, no big deal. Had a little extra protein in there that put me over a bit. Also, about the chocolate chip cookies.... I bought a giant freaking box of chocolate cookies (like 50-75 cookies) on Saturday evening for my cheat day that I had before this 9 week clen cycle. I split the box of cookies with a friend here in Cali. However, 3 cookies were on the counter this morning and he claimed they were from my half of the cookies, he wouldnt eat them. I knew it was going to tempt me the entire time they existed and that I would eventually eat them anyways (I lack discipline with sweets sometimes) so I went ahead and pounded em sooner than later. I figured pre-workout was as good as time as ever. This also let me remove all crap from the house and prevent anymore temptations from occuring. I have found the best way for me to avoid temptations is to seperate myself from them as much as possible! Not a lot else to report from the diet. Macros were still really close to where they should have been, even with the cookies!

Conclusion: Any time you set multiple PR's ... its been a great day. Diet is semi-good and training was fantastic, cant ask for a lot more.

A few things to note:

1. Clen is making me sweat noticeably more
2. Hunger throughout the last 2 days has been minimal.
3. Im shedding a lot of water weight. Peeing almost as soon as I can drink anything.
