Awesome arm day PJ freaking crazy on the ez bar curls. I can do 21's but not with 65lbs lol. Abs!! What are those? lol ahh those things I'm striving to get. Keep killing it brother.

DAY 33 REST

DAY 34 ARMS

After a day rest I felt good at gym...I still feel little pain while doing triceps exercise besides that everything was fine today...did light weights but lots of reps...coz of pain I didn't do that many triceps workout...going slowly till I recover 100%...still haven't received my anything in mail...hopefully i get something tomorrow....diet been good...still look pumped up all the time and looking vascular as fack....looking lean and i weight myself and it was 180lbs...that's good that I'm keep the weight but dropping fat and that's my goal is...so far it looks like I'm doing good...hopefully this month run will get me my six packs...really want my abs to come out more...that's it for now and here's my workout detail ;)

Punja buddy , you are one crazy guy for abs and arms oO come my next OH press day...I'm gonna do a workout just like that haha , only not as high weights , tops I can go is like 65lbs for like 5-6 reps , so I'll do it in the 45-50lbs rage for the barbell haha!! Good workout man!
 
Thanks guys!!! I nvr touch 65lbs Ez bar...it just my elbow was hurting so wanna do something light...the heaviest Ez bar curl I did is 115lbs 10reps....can't wait for my elbow to recover 100% so I can try more than that ;)
 
DAY 35 CARDIO AND ABS

Yesterday I had long day at work and was really tired and wanted to skip gym but still went for an hour did half hour cardio and half hour abs...I did crunches and leg raise...nothing big...and my elbow was in pain as well do its a good thing I didn't lift weights...diet was good...missing my c20 and erase pro hopefully it gets here by tomorrow...

DAY 36 BACK

Ok today I did back and I did good...still lifting kinda light coz still feeling a bit of pain in elbow...again had long day at work...last two days I worked 28hrs...my legs are killin me after standing all day and then doing intense cardio at night...I hate weekends...really get tired on weekends....diet was ok coz you kno on weekend I have to eat from outside due to long hrs...still looking lean and vascular even tho I been out of c20 and erase pro a week ago...still looks like its kickin in my body...everything going smooth and hopefully I get my stuff tomorrow,..and tomorrow is chest day and looking forward to it :)...here's my workout detail....

Man your chest is impressive! I didn't notice it as much before but normally when I pose with front biceps like that my chest tends to look flat and lose definition. Yours stays jacked though! Nice work for it being such a difficult week for you too man!

Thanks brother!!! My body is freaking weird...I can gain mass so easy but facking so hard to lean out...if I eat a burger I'm gonna be up 5lbs...and if I run an hour I see no changes in body...hate this sh1t...that's why I have to quit eating burgers lol

Thanks bro!!! I do lots of bodyweight man....pull ups, dips maybe coz of that...I even have the irongym pull up bar at my house and whenever I pass thur the door I do as many as can...I told myself since the day I put up the pull up bar lol

That's a good idea! I don't have much at home for working out, just tend to hit some sit-ups and push ups.

Actually this has been a venture I have been considering , opening a Bodybuilder Food Joint , you know all our concocted bro-science recipes , with detailed macro's on the menus! Hot lightly clothed waitresses and for drinks you could have pre workout concoctions or your regular water or unsweetened beverage of choice! Reasonable prices and the name would be..."Curl That Fork!" Motto of the joint would be: "Eat it or beat it!!" hey sounds nice huh?

I love to workout, I love to go to gym and I love to be in shape...so don't want any injuries...here's my workout detail...enjoy reading it ;)

Thanks bro!!! Yea no pain in elbow...loved my workout yesterday and yea I always do 30mins cardio....20mins HIIT cardio and 10mins walking on incline...really works good!!!

Have you tried 2 scoops yet? I'm using my 4th tub now and its always been effective.

I been out of c20 and erase since day30...I'm waiting for my second round...it's been 8days now and not taking anything besides jack3d and BCAA..
