DAY 33 REST
DAY 34 ARMS
After a day rest I felt good at gym...I still feel little pain while doing triceps exercise besides that everything was fine today...did light weights but lots of reps...coz of pain I didn't do that many triceps workout...going slowly till I recover 100%...still haven't received my anything in mail...hopefully i get something tomorrow....diet been good...still look pumped up all the time and looking vascular as fack....looking lean and i weight myself and it was 180lbs...that's good that I'm keep the weight but dropping fat and that's my goal is...so far it looks like I'm doing good...hopefully this month run will get me my six packs...really want my abs to come out more...that's it for now and here's my workout detail

Amazing workout today!!! No pain in elbow so I went crazy on weights and took my revenge for last week lol...seriously really had a great workout...heavy weights with crazy reps...feel great to be back...still haven't received my c20 and erase pro package...waiting patiently...hopefully I get it tomorrow...besides that everything was great...diet was on the spot...looking leaner and leaner...after a very long time I did 275lbs bench press...I was stuck at 245 and 255lbs...really felt great when I picked 275lbs...I hope I won't go through any injuries again coz it SUCKS!!! I love to workout, I love to go to gym and I love to be in shape...so don't want any injuries...here's my workout detail...enjoy reading it
