I ****ing destroyed myself today and it feels wonderful :)!

DEADLIFT: 135x20, 225x10, 275x10, 315x5, 355x2, 275x6,3 NEW PR! If I can double lift 355 I'm guessing my max rep is just shy of 400lbs!

T-BAR ROW: 90x8BF (bad form/wasn't satisfied with the lift), 80x8BF, 70x8, 45x12,12 I was kinda new to this so I didn't quite know what weight to start with. I did enjoy it though

ONE ARM DB ROW: 55x12,10,10 30x12+3negatives

HAMMER HI/LO ROW: 90x12,12,12 I didn't like this as much as some of the other exercises so I think I'm nixing it from my program... gotta do what works for me

LAT PULLDOWNS: 100x12,12,12 70x9negatives

CLOSE GRIP PULLDOWNS: 135x12,10,9 100x4negatives

BB CURL: 65x8,8 w/ very good form

DB CURL: I attempted preacher curl 40x12 and didn't like it so I switched to DB and did 35x6 both arms once. Sucked lol

HAMMER CURL: 40x8,8 20x12

CURRENT WEIGHT: 225lbs. I'm back to my pre-P90X2 weight ;) and I don't look any smaller! Tomorrow is picture update day! Woohoo!

FSH: 3.1 [1.5-12.4]
LH: 4.2 [1.7-8.6]
ESTRADIOL: 14.8 [7.6-42.6] (-2.3, 13.5%)

BREAK IT DOWN

Ok so I'm convinced of at least 1 of 2 things. Either I have low testosterone naturally and its time to take these results to a physician (I'm only 6 points over the lowest of normal... wtf?), or I needed to have drawn this out to 8 weeks. Do I feel like I have low testosterone? Not really. I feel like my energy is up, I'm never sluggish, my penis works when its supposed to, but there is definitely a lack of random hardons with the exception of some morning when I almost snapped my **** in half which I blame on Licogenix lol. Also my sex drive at this moment, unfortunately, is very low. The fiance and I decided to not do anything sexual until our wedding night to make it more fun, and that started on 4/28 and I'm sure that doesn't help.

Here is what we need to take away from this: Testosterone DID increase, markedly. I was expecting at least 500 and I think that if I was to keep going for another 4 weeks that this would most likely be achievable! Also, estrogen was not only suppressed, it was LOWERED! And that is one hell of a thing to take away from this whole log.

It WILL increase your testosterone.

It WILL decrease your estrogen.

It WILL NOT give you any joint pain whatsoever. Now when I was running Erase I didn't notice any joint pain either so maybe I have some good joints, but something to note: I feel like my joints have actually improved since I started taking Licogenix. Not necessarily stronger, but just feeling better. Softer. Not locked up. More flexible and better ease of movements. I was able to squat deeper than I have before and not have the typical post-squat walking with the popping from all of my joints including hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, and elbows. And when your joints feel better/stronger, that only helps in making your muscles work that much better as well. So I'm definitely digging Licogenix for that!

It WILL lean you out! I will be posting my final pics here a little later tonight. I don't want to do it right now because I just ate lunch and I'm a little bloated. And the bloat is something I've noticed happens when I eat all the time right now. But DJ, isn't that bad? Actually for me its an indicator that Licogenix is doing what it is supposed to do. Before when I would eat I wouldn't notice the bloat because IT WAS HIDDEN UNDER THE FAT ANYWAY. Now that I've cut down, I've noticed the inner V that runs down inside the hips towards the crotch. Never had that. The obliques are starting to peak out. Never had that. My chest seems fuller and more cut, and the tops of my abs, which have always been very visible, are even more so now and I have a nice little cut right down the middle of the abs. My arms and shoulders seem fuller and more veiny. I'm noticing cuts everywhere that didn't used to be there and I love that feeling. So now I notice when my stomach puffs out from eating a lot of food because there isn't so much fat sitting on top of it now to disguise the bloat ;)!

THE FINAL SAY

Athletix Sports has done it yet again, and I have to give them a wholehearted TIP OF MY HAT Invalid Link Removed when it comes to Licogenix. The product just works. And it does so effectively. The numbers should prove that to everyone. And the pictures should prove that to everyone who thinks the numbers are skewed ;) Combining Licogenix with the rest of their stack (Div1, TitaniumXL, and Formula X) is the winning combo for achieving leanness, increase test, decrease estro, and prophylactic-ly protecting the joints. These little blue pills have become my friends, and I will enjoy finishing off the rest of my bottle. And JD I just received the unlabeled bottle of Titanium XL (lol). Much appreciation sir.

The dosing went like this: 1 pill 4 times a day which bumped up to 6 pills 3 times a day after the first week. The past few days I've actually been taking 3 pills right away preworkout just to see if I feel a difference (total for the workout day: 7). Noticed a little help in the pump department actually...

A BIG THANKS TO ATHLETIX AND JD for making this happen. You guys rock and are a staple now in my supplement lineup. I just need a TShirt now :)

Not trying to be an a$$ but man those numbers are still super low. Have you talked to a doctor about what may be causing this? These are good results I'm just a bit worried for you that these numbers could be holding you back on pushing through barriers. Nice log man and good luck!

I'm thinking I will call him Monday morning and have a chat with him. I'm sure I'll get a nurse. But I don't think it would hurt to look down that avenue.
 
And don't worry l2l I'm not offended I'm just trying to take a positive outlook on it... There was an increase and that is better than nothing at all :)

Definitely agree and I too am a believer that Athletix makes amazing products that work. That being said at most supplements can only help a certain amount if you have an existing issue preventing your natural potential. These increases are very good for a natty product stack. I'm just trying to help push to get answers! I would definitely be looking at all angles on this one especially when you see guys running around in high 800 level at nearly 40!!!

Yea my dad is an MD and I'm gonna ask him what he thinks as well. Im sure he'll say its all a big waste of time... I have been making some big gains on my lifts though! Did you see my last update??? Hoo boy!!!

Agreed your natural test levels are low and I would get that checked, I'm impressed with the boost in test, considering DAA studies show around a 40% increase in test, I'm almost wondering if the Licogenix also boosted up test, LH went up too! Also decreased estrogen looks good considering every test booster that increases test will also boost estrogen, so Licogenix def has this more than just under control:)

I love being this enthusiastic about taking care of my own body. I would love to do some video logs (vlogs) on youtube but my high energy/high enthusiasm/high sarcasm might turn some people off LOL.

I will most certainly speak with my physician. I think my T levels are way too low for my age and I'd like to see what we can come up with to remedy this situation. I won't close this log until we figure that out. So please...

I would also like to give a big thank you to all of the subbers in here. I get a lot of my motivation from you guys actually (besides the mirror). I like knowing that I need to do my best not only for myself, but for my peers as well. You guys and your comments (both good and bad) really make me push myself that much further. I don't lift with anyone, so I consider all of you my workout partners. You guys really drive me because I know what is expected of me and I want to prove to you all that if I can do it you can too.

There you go bro! Definitely a fun stack to run. All them multi colored pills! I would certainly recommend doing 2pills 3x day as that seemed to give me further gains in the cut department.

Lol yes I am. Deadlifting and squatting sucks. Gotta move the weight so far!!!

I'm gonna keep this log open to inform everyone of what me and my doctor find out. Like I thought my dad said it was a waste of time lol. He didn't think it was that big of an issue. I do. More to come.
