What is the best way for taking forskolin for fat loss?

what brand/percentage are you using?
definitely wont make you bulky, i never noticed any nausea, i always took in the morning with food
 
Is she really nauseous or just using that term to describe GI distress?
 
I did take it within 6 minutes of taking blue green algae. The fact that forskolin widens blood vessels and fatburners constrict them is where its not making me feel energy. Nobody has noticed this? I did notice I wasn't peeing as much which I thought was strange.

A quick internet search shows 'blue green algae' can have symptoms such as
stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, fever, muscle weakness, difficulty breathing

I would not be taking that, this seems relatively common. Forskolin on the other hand is an awesome ingredient which works through increasing cAMP and thus lipolysis so I prefer getting it during a fasted state where fatty acids can be utilized for energy production.
 
It is making me tired, is this normal and something that passes? It is better to take before bed? I am a women and interested in your results with it. Does it make you lose weight without making me to bulky? I looking to get leaner. Does the nausea pass in a couple of days?

Weird, I know it supposedly boosts thyroid and it's given me extra energy in the past.
 
I mean bulky as in muscle belly fullness. I have experienced that on certain days when trying new supplements, stopped them and its gone away. Seriously, the only reason I am trying to take it is for cellulite and fatloss. Do you think it works better with food. I bought two brands life extension and solaray. Solaray is 385 mg and it says I can take it with a meal or water.

Didnt you just make this same post on BB.com then yell at everyone after claiming that women are placebo proof?

If you are experiencing side effects from forskolin, stop taking it.

You really need to be focusing on getting your diet in order. That is going to determine your success.

1) I see no mechanism of action that would cause one to get tired from it. Never heard of this happening

2) Doesn't matter

3) It wont make you bulky

4) Depends on the dose and extract % you are using. For me, GI distress happens every time I use a low % at the correct dose
