Considering Erase alone.

i've been getting a little bit conscious of my chest lately and wondering if i have a small amount of gyno, I've read the sticky on here but I'm still unsure so i think the best thing to do would be to see my GP? I've also read a few erase logs on the boards and seen a good level of success with the product erase. i still need to research it fully and i know i need to fully understand how ill be effecting my hormones etc before taking anything but I'm just wondering if it would be wise to run erase on its own to combat these issues or wether it should be stacked with another product?
just some background info on me, I'm 21 6.1" and around 195. haven't taken any PH/setroids etc and I've been going to the gym for about a year.
Any advice would be great sorry if this seems like a noobie comment I'm just a little unsure and this seems like the best place to get sure!
Thanks

As far as determining whether or not you truly have gyno, you will need to consult with your GP. People often mistake a fatty chest for actual glandular growth.

As far as Erase goes, it is a very strong anti aromatase compound. People have great success using it stand alone to help lean out, and produce a harder appearance to their physique. Its also very popular during post cycle therapy after guys finish prohormone cycles.

this is what I'm unsure of, it could just be that its fatty tissue, I'm going to see my GP for sure just to be safe. as I'm cutting now to try and lean out it would seem erase could be a good choice?
I was also wondering what happens when somebody stops using a product like erase.. as the control that erase offers stops will things rebound and said person end up back at square one, with gyno setting on again?
Thanks

Erase would be a great choice for what you're trying to do. I would also look into stacking it with something like Alpha-T2 if fat loss is a large concern of yours.

When one stops taking Erase their body just slowly reverts back to normal. With certain anti-estrogenic compounds (namely competitive inhibitors like arimidex and letrozole) there is a possibility of rebound. This is because upon discontinuation of those drugs, once they are eliminated from your system your body is free to create estrogen at regular capacity, sometimes causing a "surge" or "rebounding".

Erase is a suicidal inhibitor of the aromatase enzyme, meaning once you discontinue its use your body must undergo new enzyme synthesis in order to resume estrogen creation at full capacity. This is, essentially, a built in "taper mechanism".

Kevin's advice is sound. I agree that you should see a GP before anyone sells you an aromatase inhibitor for a problem we haven't seen.

Good luck, keep us updated. :)

Thanks for the advice, i'm going to see my GP this week so hopefully ill get that cleared up. I'm just trying to piece together a cutting diet to try and drop my body fat. will let you know how i get on.

ive abruptly stopped erase mid cycle on purpose just to see if a rebound happens, and it didnt. ill slowly put on the 5lbs or so of water weight it helps me drop, over the course of 2 weeks, but no rapid estrogen rebound at all.

Yes, talk to your GP. I have never used PH/AAS either yet I have had more chest fat genetically since I was 16. I attribute Erase with helping diminish what I had. I am still working hard to remove the rest of my chest fat since it is a common place for me to store fat genetically. I will probably get some more Erase down the line when I look at leaning up and removing chest fat. Right now I am on an extended bulk, although I seem to have not put as much chest fat on during this bulk as I have previously.

We're not lying! lol

As the others mentioned, its a suidial AI so rebound is not at all likely to come about. If it isn't gyno, it will still help as it will lower chest fat and give you a better overall hormone ratio profile.

Out of interest do you store fat around the stomach as well? Waist circumference has a correlation with higher rates of aromatase activity.

I did that for about 3 weeks and didn't notice anything except that it looked like I had been consuming a lot of creatine. Lol. Just realized how cut up it made me because I noticed a few pounds of softness when I stopped.

I actually store very little fat in the stomach area. I would say more in the chest and back. My friends are often annoyed at the level of stomach leanness I can maintain on a bulk.

This is exactly why I am choosing Erase; I carry that infuriating extra fat on my waist and navel. I've got a 4-pack but love handle area has always been a problem. The description of how Erase helps those areas is of interest to me.

Yeah if its love handle area you have trouble with Erase works great, also look into Alpha-T2.

when you said back i was thinking upper back, lol

Just picked up a bottle for $46. I am going to start tomorrow and post a before picture right after my morning workout, pumped, if you will...

Nice, are you going to do a comparison picture e.g pre erase and then one once you've finished the bottle?

Nice! Interested in hearing your results.

If it's glandular (there are lumps of firm, fibrous tissue under your nipples), an AI probably won't do much. If the tissue feels soft and fatty, there's a good chance running erase should help you. Just make sure you taper your doses off once you stop running it. Say you're using three caps a day, move down to two for 4-5 days, then 1 for 2-3 days, then one every other day for a couple days before stopping.

Tapering isnt necessary due to suicidal inhibitor.

Saw the GP, theres no gyno there. just normal tissue. so i think I'm going to run erase with alpha T2 any advice on how to dose/how long for?

Run as directed within the label bro, wish you the best. Just be sure not to take the AT2 too late. Also start with only 2 caps of Erase.

Erase - 2am/1pm
Alpha-T2 - 2am/1pm

This, remember for best results to take your at2 away from meals...

whats the recommended time e.g 1 hour before food..? also I've noticed a lot of people having dry/sore joints on erase and I'm wondering what to take for this, I've been considering krill oil? any advice/other options?
Many thanks.

Half an hour before a meal would be fine.

The joint pain can be alleviated by taking fish oil, super cissus, or by reducing your erase dosage by one capsule.

I have about half a bottle left of original erase. Would i benefit from taking it with creatine mono?

No synergy, but creatine never hurts anything. Id probably grab another bottle though for a six week run
