Great product! Enhances mood, definitely can tell that your metabolism is higher, suppresses hunger but not to the point where u can't eat. Only negative I'd say for this product and could just be me but the bad gut burn. It's on and off for first hour but eventually subsides! Great product
 
Is the SHU content in the XR the same as the original Fat Smack formulation or is it higher? Unlike Airborne, I didn't get gut burn but my throat was freakin burning. I love it! This stuff is POTENT!

Might be late but SHU? I don't believe the other ingredients were changed. That was definitely the Cap though. Have had that before from other products.

Yep that is the Cap. Take it with a little bit of food should take care of that.

Taking with food won't blunt the effects? Most fat burners r said to be taken empty stomach?

The reason a lot say that is they want the stimulant to hit you hard so you feel something. It may blunt the effects of the stimulant some (just make it light to offset the cap). Also it's true the yohimbine pretty much has to be taken on an empty stomach to work well. You'll still get the fat burning properties of Fat Smack XR even with some food.

Are you guys dosing 1 cap @ a time?
How's the appetite suppression factor? How long does that last? How long is the timed released energy last?
 
2 in a.m. 1 mid day energy is amazing! Appetite suppression is high but can still eat

The scoville heat unit rating...the original Fat Smack was advertised with like 142,500 SHU, but this seems to actually burn more than the original.

First day I did 2 caps a.m. and 2 caps mid day which I found was a bit much. 2nd day was same as Airborne, 2 caps a.m. and 1 cap midday. The appetite suppression is definitely there, but it's not completely overbearing. The energy with my dosing is crazy and it lasts well into the night.

one neg i can see right away (or really cant see more acurately) the font color on the label is practicely invisible against the background. I'm usually pretty good, but i could barely read it. Actually had to look at the product tear sheet for the dosing suggestions :)

lol 2 on a empty stomach wasnt so bad. minor " burn" for maybe 40 minutes then all good.


then again this is coming from a guy who mistaking used some peppers on a sandwich that were mixed with pure capsiacon extract :)

same here, popped 2 when i woke up but the burning feeling was their for a good 2 hours and it was real painful
 
really mine was weird dull burn like if i burped it would go away. annoying yes, but not really uncomfortable.


do feel pretty good though not ALA good but mood is def up.

Great product. Only con I see is the burn but then again why be a p u s s y? Feel the burn!!!
 
its not a terrible burn by any means. i can see some people not liking it, but maybe with more water or food it wouldnt be as bad?
 
You guys dosing these 2 caps in the am or 1 am 1 pm?
