PUNJABIMUNDE FINALLY GETTING SIX PACKS FROM COMPOUND20 AND ERASE PRO!!!!

Have you tried Cissus? It helped me tremendously while on an AI. I was mega dosing fish oil as well and nothing was potent enough to stop the joint aches until cissus. You may want to look into that and possibly lower the dosage of Erase.

I'm on my second month of Erase Pro/Compound20 and I had to switch EPro to EOD after a couple weeks. Super Cissus minimized the soreness of ED dosing and its not an issue since switching to EOD. Keep up the good work!
 
Kicking butt again as always bro! Oh Cissus is good stuff, Jd got me hooked on it two months ago and def can see a difference. You'll get that bf goal np with your insane workouts. Hell I'd give anything to get down to 180 again. I hit 171 in 2000 benching 350 for 2 rep max and then got married. I'm back with a vengance to get back close to where I was then.

DAY 12 REST

DAY 13 SHOULDERS

Ok guys again had awesome workout....joints were good and my triceps were also good...yesterday I was off from work and gym so I had it on ice all day and feel much better now...and I did heavy shoulders today and there was no pain...strength going up and started to look hard and lean as well...veins are coming out from everywhere...diet been good...and I stop dosing erase pro everyday...now I'm dosing EOD and see how it will work out...if my joints start feeling better I might go back dosing erase pro everyday...so let's see wat happens...here's my workout detail...

haha told you brother! What get's me is his strength/volume combo. I couldn't imagine doing db shoulder presses 20 reps with 60+ Frigging Beast!
 
So first of all a huge thanks to usplabs and pes for giving me this opportunity to log these great products!!!

Ok I'm gonna run compound20 and erase pro for a month along with prime, modern BCAA and jack3d...I nvr tried any of the products beside jack3d and let me tell you jack3d is my No.1 preworkout so far...I truly love that stuff...great energy and great focus!!!

My goal is to get my six packs..I really want my six pack to come out and I hope this stack will help to get my goals....diet will be clean...no junk food and no alcohol...I'm gonna try to eat 2500-3000cals a day...also gonna drink 2gallons of water...and I'm gonna up my cardio as well...let's hope I get to my goals!!!

Solid feedback, thank you! Erase is incredible and can be used everyday. Erase Pro can be used everyday or every other day. Users of Erase Pro should figure out which protocol is better for them. Either way, it is one product that delivers through and through.

Ok had an awesome workout...did light and heavy weights....all mixed up..I can tell c20 kickin in coz my muscles look hard as rock and for some reason I'm up 2lbs...that's not good but I'll try to get down in coming days...diet been spot on today...erase pro drying me like crazy...joints hurting alot while lifting...I need to take some joint juice...but really this stack kicking in and I look little lean and veins are popping out from everywhere today...hopeing to lose some bf in coming days...here's my workout detail....

DAY 14 LEGS AND ABS

Ok did great yesterday...I was feeling really strong and I really pushed myself...strength going up everyday...I just keep surprising myself....I'm loving c20, erase pro and prime combo...c20 working great...making my skin tight and I look really lean comparing myself to day 1...yesterday was end of week 2 and I loved the results do far...I'll post some pics today or maybe tomorrow and you be the judge...oh and from tomorrow I'm changing a little routine in my workout...nothing big just gonna switch some days here and there....usually my routine is...

Hey bro...abs coming out slowly and steady...you can see the top 4 just lower 2 gotta work on that...but everything looks good and solid...strength and muscle hardness coming out nice...still got 2 more weeks...

Ok guys had awesome workout...as I said I day before yesterday I will change my workout routine so instead of arms I did chest and I did GREAT!!! Feeling strong as always and looking lean as fack lol....I think I lost some bf but don't kno how much...diet been on the spot yesterday and today...really having fun with this stack...I think I could do way better if I add OEP...that stuff is great!!! Well c20 and erase pro is best also...I'll post some pics...you can tell me what you think...but I saw my day 1 pic and today pics BIG DIFFERENCE!!!! I weight the same 180lbs doing good on keeping my weight coz I want to be 180lbs with single digit bf...hopefully I'll get there soon...but so far loving this stack and really having fun...mood been great and confidence is going higher everyday...pplz at gym asking me about how to train and diet and what supplements work...really helping lots of pplz at gym and I love helping pplz...here's my workout detail...

DAY 17 LEGS AND ABS

Ok guys yesterday was legs and did great!!! My calves are still hurting lol...can't believe I'm just pushing myself for more weights...seriously c20 is a dam great product...really giving me lean and hard look...I don't care what anyone says about this product...I'll prove everyone wrong by end of my log...if you keep ur diet and training in a right place you can achieve anything...that's what I do everyday...I start thinking since I wake up that tonite I will push myself more then pervious day...I keep thinking that thought all day while I'm at work till I get to gym at night and then I really do wat I have to do...really everything is in ur head...if you can make ur head think the way you want you can do anything....so far I'm doing great by keeping my weight the same and leaning out as well...diet been good...everything on the spot...really feel like eating hamburgers and pizza and have couple of beers but NO...not till I reach my goal....so here's my workout detail...

DAY 18 SHOULDERS

Ok guys had an awesome workout again...my workout are becoming more fun day by day and my confidence keep going up as everyone at gym keep staring at me while I workout and they come and start asking me for tips and help...it really make me feel better...it make me feel like my hard work is paying off and pplz are noticing me more everyday...another great news is I got my joint support CISSUS today and I already started dosing and from tomorrow I'll be dosing erase pro everyday beside EOD...really love that stuff...I was really having fun on erase pro everyday...can't wait to be back on it...diet been on the spot as well...and tomorrow I'm off from my job and gym...have a date for tomorrow so I'll be going for dinner and the movie coming out AVENGER...so I'll update on Friday...that day I'll be doing arms...my faviourt body part so I'll try to give much rest as possible...and once again I wanna thanks USPLABS AND PES for giving me this opportunity...I'm really having fun :)...heres my today's workout detail....

I've yet to see a garbage USP product. My GF is getting great results from compound 20. She is a little over a week in and she's lost 1'' off of her waist! I'm definitely going to grab a bottle. Just trying to decide if i want to run it with Helladrol or run it after my PCT. Thoughts?

What would be good supp to stack with C20 ?
I will come off Licogenix run soon, so can't stack with AI. Goal would be to lean out and lose weight and maintain muscle, although if fat loss is great I don't mind losing little bit of muscle.
