USP labs and PES helps LTL get shredded for summer!

4/16/12 Day 34

Great news! Package arrived, it contained Epro and C20 so now we can really see what just these two compounds have been doing for me minus the prime. I'm pretty excited that I get to use the C20 alone but would have loved to have given the prime an eight week run too. I will be upping the dose for the C20 to 6 caps via 3 doses at 2 caps daily. I'll try 2 upon waking before my workout, two about 4-6 hours later and 2 right before bed. I will try to run that for the remainder of this run and see how it treats me. The Epro will be on a EOD dosing schedule like it has been for the last week.

Today was an amazing workout. A buddy that I work with was at the gym and just so happened to be doing back today so we hit a partnered super set routine. I will show the lay-out of the workout as it was so intense it had me hunched over the trash a few times dry-heaving!

Weight was at 165 today.

12 mins warm up on elliptical

Super-set Lat pulldown wide over grip/narrow pulldown under grip for 3 sets a piece

Super-set pulldown machine/low row bar machine 3 sets

Super-set Dead lifts/wide grip pull-ups

Super-set Bent over barbell rows/dumbell rows Ran the rack on the db's and drop sets on the barbell to finish the workout, damn near fell over dead after this workout...... No joke

8 mins cooldown on stationary bike

Absolutely wrecked my back and it was nice to have a partner today. After my rough carb filled weekend I went in feeling bloated and fat as all hell and walked out feeling shredded. As I mentioned for some reason my carb refeed days seem to hit me after two days harder then the day after. Not sure why my body takes a bit longer to absorb them, seems funny. It felt really good to get deads back in the line-up today and the fact that I am already having trouble walking is a good sign that it really was a beneficial workout overall.

I'm very happy to continue this run and want to thank USP and PES again for the continued generosity!!! :clap2:
 
Good to see you keeping it going! I think my round 2 might be coming by horseback. J/k. Since yours arrived mine shouldnt be too far behind.

Yea bro, just keep amazing myself with the intensity of the workouts. It was easy today as my buddy and I were really egging each other on through each set. Think I really surprised him as he is a good 30 lbs heavier but I kept up on every lift!

Hoping you get yours soon bro! I was pumped when I saw mine came today!

4/17/12 Day 35

As I expected I woke up today feeling like I got hit by a bus yesterday. I hadn't done deads in a few weeks until yesterday and I paid the price today. My back was wrecked, I can barely bend over and made today's shoulder workout feel insane. Hit shoulder's hard, with just about every set I did drop sets to failure and it really gave me an incredible pump. Not sure if there is something that is giving me added vascularity from the C20 or if its just because I'm at a lower bf then before and its helping show the veins but man I had veins popping out in my shoulder's like you wouldn't believe. Today's workout felt amazing even being sore as hell, started out with 12 mins on the elliptical hit shoulder's for about an hour and then finished with 15 mins of abs. Diet will be good today keeping carbs right around the 125-150 range. Feel like I'm still hanging on to a bit of bloat from this weekend so I will probably throw an extra cardio session in tomorrow to try to get me dried back up. C20 will be 6 caps and popped a epro pre-workout today. Weight was at 165.5.
 
Upping the dose for the whole second bottle? I thought about doing that but results with the standard dose were great and you get 10 more days to work on them compared to 6 caps a day. I'm interested in seeing what you notice with the change.

Yea I liked the 4 cap dose but have noticed a but of a stabilizing effect so I'll try 6 caps and see how it goes. Starting a cycle immediately following this log so I'm in no need to stretch it.

4/18/12 Day 36

Looking back it looks like I may have jumped a day somewhere but not sure where. Oh well.

Little bit to report today, as I mentioned prior I have jumped my dose to 6 caps for the c20 and moved epro back to eod. Haven't really noticed an increase in sides or anything since doing so, will keep it at this dose if this continues. Definitely felt like I should have taken today off the gym but went in anyway. Back was still wrecked from the killer workout a few days ago and thought for sure I would have a terrible day in the gym. Did I? Nope. First 20 minutes was rough and I wasn't really feeling it and then boom the pump kicked in and things got interesting. Even though I feel as if I have been holding on to a bit too much water this week my body looked completely shredded after killing some bicep work. Started with 12 minutes on the elliptical and went straight to crushing my biceps. Didn't do any other muscle group with it and it payed off because my arms were looking insane. I'm not sure what is in this stuff to give me such a pump and vascular look but I had small veins popping out all over the place. Even in my forehead and shoulders they were everywhere. Strength continues to climb too which is really making me happy, I have been incorporating a lot of immediate drop sets to my workouts like today I did hammers starting with 12 reps of 40 lbs and continued declining 5 lbs at a time until I ran the rack to 20 lbs. It is really helping with the pump and getting me sore as all hell. Appetite seems to be climbing and weight was up to 166.5 today. If I might add my libido has been crazy strong still to and not sure how as I'm hearing people saying after a few weeks it starts to taper off on this stack. Ill take it though, my girl is absolutely loving it. :banana:

I think the best part of this stack is the way your mood elevates when you hit the gym. Like today, I went in feeling like complete sh1t and almost saying screw it I take an off day. Yet after just getting a few sets in I don't want to leave the gym. I tend to actually gain energy as my workout moves on instead of losing energy or burning out. This right here would make anyone benefit from the stack as we all know sometimes the mood just isn't there. I might add I didn't even take a pre-workout today because I wanted to judge whether it was the stack doing this or the Jack3d I think we have our answer! This is going to be very interesting if I keep gaining weight now that I know my strength is climbing daily. Maybe it will be a recomp over cut after all?? :-)

Hate my forearms!!!! Mainly just reverse curls and occasional db twists with arms extended(very light weight until failure). Thank you for the compliments!
 
4/19/12 Day 37

Went in for some leg work today, had a pretty good workout. Started with 20 mins on stairs for about 250 calories. Strength was pretty good but I think I'm getting sick because my throat has been pretty sore today and I was sweating like crazy. Not sure if I will be able to make it to the gym tomorrow, but if I do it will be for chest/tri's. Weight is holding steady at 166 even though I feel like I'm still leaning out pretty good. Dosing 6 caps c20 still and took the epro pwo. Took another day of Jack3d though, I will try to get some pics up this weekend but may have to day a road trip due to some personal issue's. So they may have to be put on hold til next week.

You dosing 6caps of c20??? I'm only dosing 4caps :(

I would dose 4 caps for the first 4 weeks, it was good at that dose for me. I'm on my second bottle now.

Oh ok...you feel any difference dosing 4caps to 6caps??? If 6caps working better I rather buy another bottle and dose 6caps for 30days instead of doing 8weeks...

Not yet but only been doing it for a few days. I should be able to judge better by mid next week. My dose was down to 2 a day for 2 days when I was waiting on the second phase to arrive so it probably needs a few days to kick in to the fullest.

Thank you, and I am noticing an increase in vascularity today big time when I'm not even flexed. Could be a sign of good things to come from the dosing.

Nothing much to report today. Left straight from work to go visit a family member in the hospital a few hours away. Have yet to sleep since 4 pm yesterday due to this. Obviously will not be hitting anything but my pillow!! Going to crush chest/tri's tomorrow and will have a better update then...

Actually was just going to say good bye so to speak. Been rough for a long time, Grandma is going to a better place now... Thanks for the thought though! This log isn't meant for a diary though so we'll keep it short and sweet. Gym time now then will update on some progress.

4/21/12 Day 39

Weight= 162.5 (-11) Think this has a good deal to do with dropping creatine about 4-5 days ago, being slightly sick and dehydrated and the epro kicking back into full effect. Went in for cardio/chest/tri's/abs, when I saw the weight I decided to only do a ten minute warm up on stairs instead of full blown cardio. I looked super dry and my muscle's looked really cut today. Definitely think most of the weight loss was water. Although my strength did feel like it was down a bit today which was discouraging. Hopefully it was just because my body is fighting off this minor cold that I have. Diet yesterday was pretty carb heavy so I thought for sure I would wake up a holding some bloat, as mentioned in yesterday's post I was up for about 28 hours straight though so the carb intake for that much time up probably wasn't too bad. Overall body looked tight and real lean which made me happy now if I can just get the strength back up this week we will be in good shape. I initially didn't want to fall below 165 but if it will have me looking this tight with a good pump, then maybe it won't be a bad thing. Did get a total of about 15-20 mins work on abs today too, they are tightening up more and more by the day.

On build days I do it for 20 mins about, on burn around 45. Just kind of go with the flow. I went from not doing a step or cardio for 2 years on my bulk to not going a day with out it for nearly two months now. A bit addicted to the outcome.... It's kind of scary how much I enjoy it as I always dreaded the thought before.

I always do cardio b4 lifting to warm up...now I'm doing 30mins cardio 5days...I hope I lose some of my fat lol

Yea I had that same mid section bloat when I started this log as you can see in the before's this stuff has completely teared into it along with very low carb days.... You'll get there bro, stay with it!

Good to hear from you big guy! Yea I've been on creatine for too long straight so I have to give it an off cycle for a bit! I tend to run it for too long without breaks. Never really thought I got much strength gain from it but definitely think it had to do with a few pounds lost. Those pics were from when I was at 166, going to try and get some up in the next few days. Looking a bit leaner now I think.

Was at 181 for a few days. Highest I maintained was 178 for a few weeks on my last cycle. My last cycle I was holding a LOT of water bloat and fat.
 
Figured out the perfect breakfast meal! Scrambled eggs, 1 piece of wheat, and a piece of LN cheese cake for about 50 grams protein! Thanks Rick rock it's expensive but worth it!

I add a few scoops of whey so it's about 24 protein

4/22/12 Day 40

Well my body is freaking weird. My diet was really good yesterday and carbs were pretty low, although I did eat an extra meal to try and combat the weight loss occurred this last week. To get to the point weighed in today at 166.2 up 3.7 from yesterday! Strength was incredible too. As suspected I think the cold I had was dehydrating me and creating the weight loss and strength loss. My lifts were up today from last week on back day. Overall my workout was incredible and I felt like I could lift a truck. The best thing I've noticed from upping the dose is definitely the vascular increase. Veins are crazy thick, definitely makes the body look more jacked overall. Even though I'm up almost 4 lbs from yesterday I don't feel as if I'm holding very much water. Diet is going to be really strict today and the addition of the LN cheesecake should help me up my protein intake.
 
It can be tough to judge weight changes in a couple days time. Do you weigh in at the same time (and under the same conditions) when you do? Either way its good to see you didn't drop any unwanted weight and your strengh continues to climb!

Same time everyday, right before lifting. I've been notorious for weight variation. Hence why I said yesterday's weigh in was mainly dehydration and being ill. My body wasn't holding nutrients and water and I had been sweating constantly fighting off the cold. Water intake was not where it needed to be and stress was hitting hard with the loss of my family member. All together my mental and physical health wasn't up to par hence my body was in a state of where it was. Today I felt way healthier and fuller and could tell I was more at my normal state.
 
4/23/12 Day 41

Shoulder day today! Man do I love shoulder work outs. Had my first dose of jack3d in a few days and it had me so pumped up. Between yesterday's back day and today's worked out my freaking back was jacked up real good had to take a few pics about an hour after the workout because the pump was so insane.

Weight was 165, strength was up on a few lifts. Dosing the c20 at 6 caps still and Epro still at 1 cap eod. Felt a bit bloated and holding water so front pics will wait a few days to dry out a bit. Not too mention I didn't get to these pics until after my post workout meal because I was starving!
