Epic workout. I had an unbelieva-pump so I snapped a pic, but it really just looks normal in the picture (aghhh)

Anyway, this workout was SAN CM2, 2 scoops SuperPump MAX, and 70mg ErgoGenix NMT. This preworkout stack is MONEY. Great pumps for one, but my endurance was crazy. I ripped through literally everything with basically no problems. It was really so easy that I wanted to bump up the weights on everything. Got in a great place mentally as well.

I'm really glad this stack from iForce is keeping me rested and especially recovered. These sick workouts wouldn't be possible if I was still sore from previous workout or dragging ass from poor rest/recovery.
 
Mega update time:

Last two nights of sleep have been just as excellent as most of my other nights. Nothing to really add, definitely like this aspect.

Recovery has also been good. My legs/back have been recovering in time for the next workout each time and I'm feeling energized enough to get some epic upper body workouts to finally get that part of my body sore. For some reason or another, with lower volume routines I would rarely get sore despite the fact I never built much strength or mass up top.

For those that know I'm nursing a torn labrum in my shoulder, I was able to throw for the first time today since starting my rehab in January. Only got to throw 30 feet (ie. half the pitching distance, lol), but I felt very good. No pain at that distance/intensity so now I have the go ahead to work into a more aggressive throwing program. While my lifting aspirations are mainly aesthetic, I don't see why I can't become a better baseball player from lifting.

Today's workout was only aided by diet and SAN CM2. I was uncertain of how much rehab/throwing I'd do and I wanted to do that before lifting today so I took CM2, knowing that creatine nitrate has a long half-life and I didn't need to worry about timing a stimulant. I had SAN TXR at about 5 AM and I tried out a sample of the new HydroxyCut about 5 hours later so I had plenty of stimulation for the day.

This workout was pretty awesome. I was feeling a little bit drag-ass-y at first but I warmed up aggressively and got things going. DL weight felt a little heavier than normal but I got it more or less easily. I think the volume had gotten to me a little bit from last workouts -- just felt a bit fatigued, a bit tight. I got over it though, especially during squats. I'll tell you what, no matter what the weight, squatting 50 times sucks. Kind of in a good way though. Decided I had to get that ab work in to make the whole thing worthwhile. When doing ab rollers, I try to focus on keeping my torso in the same position it's in throughout the squat motion. Maybe bro-ish, but it seems logical to me.

Anyways, I'm reaching prime growth time between this hormonal stuff kicking in and these workouts moving heavy weights and just the accumulation of all this work in the weight room. I'm getting excited and I'm committed to sticking through this bulk and not pussing out because of fear of gaining fat. I need a more muscular base to cut towards.
 
Nice update. Injuries are suck. I always seem to have something tweaked lately.

The last part I wish I learned a few years ago. Me always wanting to be "shredded" hindered some weight potential IMO. Little fat isn't bad now. You get to that "mirin in a shirt, not so much out" lol.
 
I need to mention libido. This **** is getting crazy. My girlfriend is uh...getting it. I think I need to give details to actually convey how weird this is. So last night, had to slam at ~7PM. It was a situation where if we weren't going to do it, it was gonna be time to go over to my buddy pornhub. About 3 hours later, it came right back! Usually I can settle for once a day for christ's sake! Not last night though...and then I'm trying to sit through a politics class with a god damned rager. It's like junior high all over again, sheesh

Really trying to decide whether to buy a second month of Testabolan. I have to wonder if I'm shortchanging myself by only giving it 4 weeks.

Couldn't post yesterday evening because I felt like ****, but we're all good now. To summarize why I was having a ****ty day, I wanted to test out the new HydroxyCut for appetite suppression while I'm IF'ing. I decided to take a second dose about 4 hours after the first this time, since it says you can work into that at some point. The first dose didn't hit me all that hard, anyway. The second dose hit hard. First time I've ever had a bad reaction to yohimbine. EXTREMELY anxious, jittery, and just overally ****ty feeling. I managed to get to the gym, but it wasn't a good workout and I barely got through everything. No mind-muscle connection, just barely ran through my main lifts.

Cliffs: 110mg of yohimbe = bad

I did my Week 2 Bench Workout, but I don't feel like posting right now because I'm in a hurry. I don't think anyone cares about my 210 pound bench press max anyway.

Recovery remains excellent -- there was a day in there where I thought things had caught up to me, but upping calories took care of everything. I'm enjoying these Met-Rx Big 100 Colossal protein bars for some extra cals/satiety. It's a "colossal" bar, so it takes a while to eat, is satisfying, and tastes pretty good too.

I'm weighing in at 196lbs and 15% BF today. Not a big change and I'm down a hair from when I started. My scale also thinks I'm carrying MORE water, so my "true" weight may be a little lower. I'm trying to bulk and my measurements in the right places are bearing that out -- the scale and even the mirror are just suggesting a leaning effect. Cool.

Sleep is fantastic as always.
 
Day 19 Notes

I apologize about the lack of updates. Between some built in rest days and school getting to me I just haven't had much to say.

Sleep is of course remarkable. The most impressive part is how often I feel great upon waking, even at early hours and not a huge quantity of sleep.

Recovery has actually been great even though I ended up taking an extra rest day. Very rarely has anything been lingering past the day after working out.

I did my Week 3 Squat Workout today. I meant to do it yesterday, but it was a hellacious day with school, work, etc. Unfortunately today I got hit with just an overall feeling of ****tiness. I tried to lay down before going to the gym (had to go for baseball practice) and the room was literally spinning. I have no idea what was going on. I managed to slowly get through the heavy squatting (even threw a couple extra reps in on my last squat set) but the deadlifting assistance was terrible. I got through 4 poor, zero mind-muscle connection sets and had to call it quits. Had to sit down for a while just to feel like I could walk to dinner.

Grabbed dinner, felt slightly better, then took a 4 hour nap. Didn't feel perfect after that but I'm feeling better now. I'm hoping I can start my day off better tomorrow and get back to work. Tomorrow is Week 3 Shoulder Press and I also hope to get a good deal of work done for the various things stressing me out. I was struck with a profound need to just WORK and I hope to be able to do that tomorrow.
 
Another night, another good sleep.

I feel pretty good this morning, so hopefully I'm over whatever the hell was going on yesterday.

Finished the day well.

Macros are decent, though I will say my appetite hasn't exactly been raging. I'm okay with that because I have the tendency to overeat.

My workout went well, was intense, and I had gas left in the tank afterwards. Took SAN CM2 and SAN Tight Xtreme Reloaded as a pre. They are my go to when I don't have a clear workout time due to my rehab, etc.

Day 23 Notes/Plans

Sleep = good. I have to wonder if it's so good that it is responsible for the bulk of positive in the product.

Recovery = good. It's become the norm to be able to get all my workouts in without the need of extra rest days. I almost feel like I could go every day, just alternating between upper and lower.

Today I will get my Week 3 Deadlift workout in, which means picking up some heavy weights and then chasing that with some squats. Dis gun be gud.
 
Good day today. As long as I can have a productive weekend I expect that anything stress-related should be over and done with soon. As usual, no lingering recovery issues affecting my workouts at all. Usually by the end of a 5/3/1 cycle that is happening to me. With Intimidate + Testabolan v2, I've upped the workload and reduced my recovery time. Good stuff.

Took some Max Intense beforehand, that ish is legit. Very good place mentally for working out. 345 was easy weight for my last set of deadlifts -- this isn't a strength oriented 5/3/1 variation, but my strength is going up. I think it should because it's not like I'm at my genetic limits or anything like that.

I've decided to take a, erm, bicycle ride that will begin at the end of this run. I'm definitely going to come back to this stack though, possibly even for PCT.

While the sleep has been great, I think my favorite thing so far has been recovery. No extra rest days needed, even as I upped workout intensity.

Will post about yesterday's workout shortly.
 
recovery and sleep were definitely the biggest things for me with Intimidate. and it seemed to get better as the weeks went on. missing it now :/
 
Forgot to put up yesterday's workout. Despite being at the end of my run (and thus, getting to harder 5/3/1 workouts) I had a very good workout and even added work to it.

Disclaimer: I am a huge White Sox fan and I lifted immediately after Phil Humber's perfect game yesterday. There may have been huge adrenaline related lifting boosts involved.

To put it shortly, I had an awesome workout. I'm technically coming up against my deload week now, but I'm contemplating just moving into my next cycle minus the deload week since I have a feeling my PH run will protect me from any overtraining issues.

Final Wrap-Up and Thoughts
Sleep Benefits
Intimidate might be the best sleep enhancer I've ever used, by feel. I took it right before bed every single night, both empty stomach and not, and the sleep interruptions I had over the entire month could be counted on one hand. Almost always woke up feeling ready for the day, even when amount of sleep wasn't ideal. From what I hear, there may be a hormonal benefit in Intimidate's sleep enhancement that outperforms other sleep enhancers.

Recovery
Certainly the single best facet of this stack. I would still get sore after workouts, but after increasing my workload significantly my soreness would always subside after just a single day. There is immense value to this because deep into cycles I've often had to build in extra rest days just so that I could lift comfortably. This stack will keep you feeling healthy and ready to hit the weights hard and on schedule. I would imagine there is a muscle building benefit to this, but I am not able to discern it. The mere fact that it keeps you in the gym is enough for me.

Libido
Holy hell - it hits fast and hits hard. Be ready for boners at any and all times. Sitting in politics class? Wood. Business meeting? Wood. Your penis will undoubtedly get to know your waistband better. However, hopefully your woman (women? :p) will also get to know it better because you will want to use the thing frequently. This could be a placebo, but sex even seemed to feel better while on this stack.

Cognitive Enhancement
ALCAR is a beloved cognitive booster, but I honestly can't say I could "feel" anything as far as that goes. It is possible that memory retention or things like that improved, but I just can't say definitively. I have actually taken ALCAR before that has given me terrible headaches, and I'm glad to say that didn't happen. Don't have much else to say other than I often had to fap before doing homework because dat dere libido was affecting my ability to study :yikes:

Body Composition
Again, hard to say. No one is going to think I just ran AAS or anything, but I'm not unhappy with the progress I made. I don't have a final weight for today, but I've been up about 4 pounds and BF has only been up .5-1%, which means gains were at least more than half lean. I don't think drastic physique changes are a reasonable expectation for any OTC products on the market so I'm not going to hold these products to that standard either. I am certainly satisfied with my progress.

Overall
This is something I would definitely spend money on in the future. I am considering running iForce stuff for PCT in a while as well, because I believe it really does what it is supposed to do. Our loudest voice is our money, and I'm going to speak with it soon :D
