DAY 17 CHEST

Alrite guys today's workout was awesome I mean AWESOME...can't believe how strong I'm getting with this stack...today I did my chest and my gym partner didn't show up so I have to pick all weights on my own...and I did I picked more weights without any help...usually my gym partner spot me here and there but today I picked same plus more weights without any help and did more reps as well...WOW I mean really I'm so excited!!! I guess he couldn't keep up with my volume and long hrs at gym lol...today was straight 4days at gym...I think I need a rest day tomorrow lol...diet been ok...today I was craving sugar all day and couldn't hold my self and ate some cinnamon rolls...after I ate them I regret eating them lol...oh well too late...sugar is really bad for body builders...if you trying to get lean don't eat sugar!!! So tomorrow is day off from work and gym so I'm gonna rest all day and give my body a good break...and tomorrow is suppose to be my cheat day but I'm gonna try eat healthy...but really happy with my workout today and looking forward to pick more weights everyday!!! DAY 18 REST

DAY 19 SHOULDERS

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!!! So guys did my shoulders today and guess what I did my heaviest dumbbell press 80lbs...I'm really happy...I failed last week and I did this week..that's mean I'm getting stronger...I'm really pushing myself and achieving my goals :). Next week I'll go for 85lbs...I kno for some of you guys here it's light weight but for me it's good...slowly slowly I'll get there...diet been good...I lost 1lb more...now weight 179lbs...looking lean and dry...joints been good...no acne or anger issue...but this stack is really working and making me strong everyday...people really need to try this stuff...Licogenix is great and really kickin azz!!! Lol...so much focus and energy in gym...sweating like crazy...drinking lots of water as well...more than 2gallons...can't feel my arms and shoulders lol...here's my workout detail..

Brutal workout man, congrats on the overhead db press, very nice. Seated barbell with 205 for reps is sick too!

Thanks bro!!! I could pick more db weights its just I don't really kno how to get it up above my shoulder...that takes lot of my energy just to get it up...I kno some ppl put db on their thigh and kick it up...I suck at that lol :(

DAY 20 LEGS AND ABS

So today was a long day for me at work...coz of that didn't had enough energy at gym but I think I still did good...did my legs and abs...try to do heavy...diet was also Alrite today..had some burgers and fries lol...looking leaner and leaner...acne started to come out again...no joint pain or any anger issue tho...tomorrow again have a long day at work...that's why I hate weekends but I make most of the money these days so it's worth it...and tomorrow is a rest day...I'll be relaxing my muscles...maybe go for a massage...I need it badly lol...well that's about it...I'll update on Monday now...Monday is arms day...can't wait!!! Good job Punj.Still killing it man.I've just taken my last SERM dose 3 hours ago.No lumps,no gyno,balls are back,strength is up.

Man PCT is better that the actual cycle in ways. :)

Loving the strength,cannot wait to do another EPI cycle in September.Going to try a cut like you did as you look awesome after it.

DAY 21 REST

DAY 22 ARMS

Ok guys just got back from gym after spending 3hrs lol...today was arm day and I killed it...can't believe how strong I'm getting everyday...it's just surprising me...still getting lean but looking huge...weight myself today and it's 179lbs...lost 5lbs but looking bigger than before...the leaner you get more bigger you look lol...my balls are getting bigger as well lol...libido is up the roof...still getting some acne tho but I don't care...I think I'm gonna add Licogenix and Athletix stack always in my PCT coz this sh1t works...Athletix sports did a very good job on their products!!! Still wanna try the formula x tho...I heard that's even better...well today diet been not really good...didn't ate too much all day...it's not that I wasn't hungry just didn't get time to eat...was busy all day...at gym so many pplz started to taking tips from me lol...today I helped like 8 dudes...showing them the triceps workouts...well I feel good helping others and it makes my confidence level even more high :)...that's it for now...here's my workout detail...enjoy!!! Man this is insane! The workouts are making want to see the pic update!! Those freaking ez curls are unreal volume. I'd need a hit of crack to attempt this workout!!. I started my new log Monday. Androdrive with Creatine nitrate!

DAY 23 BACK

Ok guys again had a awesome workout...today I did back and I really killed it lol...I hope my back won't hurt tomorrow...workout for almost 3hrs again...I'm just loving these days of gym...everyday getting stronger...I'm surprised myself lol...diet been good today...nothing junk at all...I drink lots of water throughout the day...no joints pain or anything but I'm sure looking leaner...looking dry as well...Licogenix is good...only side I got from Licogenix is acne...that's all...well that's it for today...tomorrow is chest day and I'll try to go max...hope I'm strong enough...here's my workout detail...

DAY 24 CHEST

Again had a awesome workout...can't believe how strong I'm getting day by day...if I keep this pace up I'll be very happy with my results...looking leaner as well...diet been good today...really tired tho...working long hrs and long hrs at gym also...not getting enough sleep...glad I'm off tomorrow from my work and gym...gonna take a long nap and wake up fresh...also tomorrow my cheat day...can't wait to put my hands on burgers and pizza lol...tried of eating healthy...but healthy food is the best!!!
