Feeling good with AI Sports

Looking leaner is always a move in the right direction, even if weight isn't changing much.

Looking leaner without weight going down is better than looking leaner and weight going down a lot

and we are back to monday.

Looking like this will be the last week of ALA judging at the amount left in the bottle :(

Pumps have been better than usual at the gym, weight is still progressing up, not trying to hit any pr's or anything just going for more reps (up to 11 or 12 per set) and once I hit those I up the weight.

THe warm weather is hopefully coming soon, getting there at least :)

While I can not wait to hit the gym tonight, mentally i feel compeltely spent. I know work is goign to be a big part of it. Hoping things calm down after the end of the month but who knows..

Stress levels (or last least the lingering feelings of it) are still gone. Believe me I still get pissed but it slides off as quickly as it comes on.

I really like the angle you chose to go with this stack. I like that it's more general health and well being based. I never really thought to put this stack together, although I do use Cycle Support daily. I guess I just never thought about the synergy in this sense.

thanks! :)

With Life support it is one of those supps you take and you are not going to feel anything from. my BP has always been on the rather good side (more than once docs have asked if i was a varsity track and field runner even before i ever worked out) but if can be doing anything for immune support or other general health its all good :)

ALA on the other hand. has to be my new favorite take every day supp. right up there with Fish Oil..

my knee felt sore all day yesterday like i bruised it, but i didnt hit anything.. so i played it safe and did some lighter / deeper leg presses. soreness did go away by the end of the session.

weight progression was more or less on for the others, very good pump by the end. Form was kept perfect for each rep and that is more of what i am concerned with.

I know that I don't always have perfect forum, but some of the stuff that I see at the gym is downright appalling.

That must be a universal movement b/c that is definitely one that comes to mind.

Rows and lat pull-downs get pretty ugly, too.

saw a girl using one of these bocce balance ball platform thing - bouncing off and on it with her arms up like a t-rex totally reminded me of the bride from coming to america

Weekly weigh in

Weight is down to 168.2. So if last weeksgain was a fluke I am more or less right on track this whole time. Again waist changes were too close to call either way

Almost final thoughts on this stack.

I should only have enough left to get to Wednesday or so, and I know next week is going to be crazed at work, so while i have a quiet minute:

ALA - i really can't say how well this works for fat loss, but in terms of mood or general mental well being it is amazing and lasting. Would i cry when I run out? possibly, would i buy it again no doubt at all.

If taken long term, like CLA it will probably have an overall effect on body fat, but how much of a % that is would be hard for me to say at least. I personally would not buy it for that, but like i said in my app to log this, if it does help i wouldn't complain :)

Would NA-ALA or RNA-ALA have the same mood effects i wonder?

Life Support: Again this one is really hard to rate in that my BP always been good, and using the BP monitors in the drug stores is sketchy at best in terms of readings. If money allowed I would add it to my daily vit stack, but if given the choice hands down i would go with the ALA first :) I do think it a good product, and for some people will be a must have. it really depends on the person.

I will keep logging until the bitter end, but I doubt my opinions will change all that much from here out. Solid products guys!!

maybe it was daylight savings throwing me off. (went to sleep on time though) or being up most of Saturday night (go teething!) but i really could not get out of bed today. I did manage to wake up just before 5 as opposed to 4 am, but still i just laid there..

popped a sample fat burner and am cruising ok for now.

now this seems to be a once a year thing.. last year it was "holy s" i have lats, now yesterday i noticed that they actually looked like they were coming in nicely. Bigger / thicker or what ever. that was just unflexed arms to my sides.

Now to try and bring up my shoulders and arms. :)

My legs have for one reason or another always been bigger, snowboarding, etc i woudl guess. Nice to see my upper some what catching up.

With my last big cut last summer my claves really started to pop, and honestly seem to keep getting better / more defined. And they get no direct work, only hit with squats and deads and what not.

Makes me think i should try that for my shoulders. Sundays I skip them compeltely and sub in deads as it is. For arms I with this routine, I never do direct bicep work, and i try to keep the tricep set per day as a compond lift (with skull crushers or push downs subbed in here and their)

My arms / shoulders are starting to feel very solid, just not super huge. very slow growth there.. And they are stronger for sure! Will see how this summer cut / recomp goes and adjsut from there.

Recomps are the way to go, IMO. I've tried cutting and bulking. I seem to be able to deal better with recomping or lean bulking.
