All I have to say was OMG did it feel good to train tonight. I felt great and a ton of strength so I went heavier than normal. Now we ended up using all machines because everybody and there mother was on the free weights. I hit some personal best as well.

Like I said tonight was awesome. Not only did I re-feed over the weekend but my strength was way up. Also did 15 minutes of running at a speed of 6.5 on the tread mill for warm up.

Today started off crappy. Well actually it started off last night. Our main water line broke and flooded our yard. (I am going to hate to see our water bill.) Well it started off by me having to dig up the pipe and find where it was leaking. Finally found it and had to go buy the material to repair it. Then had to cover the holes up. 2 feet deep by 10 yards approx. with a shovel. Grrrrr.

I didn't break my fast until almost 3 pm because I lost track of time and yes I was a workout day. However I think it might have helped cause I had another good training session. Hit some more highs.

Did 5 minutes of cardio for warm up. Then came home and ran/jogged 1 1/2 miles on the street in 9 minutes. I was not so happy with this, my hamstrings down to my calves really need a lot of work being stretched out. I have always had this issue even when I stretched on a regular bases.

Oh yeah I am only a few days away from kicking of some Subres and DAA-HCG... Lets hope I can keep up the strength I am seeing now that I am no longer taking the epivar or T3. I am only using clen at this moment and am actually on the taper down side of it.

Now there is one question. For a guy my size and that has a high tolerance of supps. Should I follow the recommended dose on the bottle or what would you Taurus guys suggest?

For Subres? I think 4-6 ml per day

First and foremost I may have to make adjustment tomorrow on the weights. Some dummy (me) left my darn workout sheet at the gym so I will go back tomorrow to get it. Now another note. I am almost finished with my run of beast mode. I have been using two scoops 30 minutes prior to my workouts. And to be honest i don't really feel anything anymore, So starting Monday I will bump up my scoops to 3 and see how that goes. My strength is going up for some reason and I am not taking anything anymore and am about to start my PCT on Monday. The other bad thing is every since I bumped my calories back up to 2400 on workout days and 1800 on non workout my weight have been up by 3-5 lbs. But my clothes are fitting looser so maybe I am adding some mass now in lieu of pure fat and mass loss?

So here is a funny on my weight has gone up and down over the last month I was as low as 233 to as much as 239 when I did my re-feed a couple weeks ago. But check this out.

I used the Omron HBF-306f body fat scale at the gym. It was 6:30 in the evening I had two meals prior to hitting the gym, my scale weight at that moment was 237 lbs and measured 27.3% body fat

My weight is up I think because I have added more calories. I may even add more. I am currently bringing in 2400 on workout and 1800 on non workout days. Doing the IF diet. I am torn if I should change things up as far as going back to eating every 3 ish hours or not, never the less I am considering bumping my calories up to 2600-2800 on workout days and 2100-2300 on non. I am only thinking this do to my current size and almost feel like I have been in a starvation mode for a long while now. Any input is welcome. I will say this every since I came back up to the 2400/1800 I am not satisfied when finished eating. I am still hungry and have been ignoring the urge to want to eat more.

Last time I weighed my self, i was up like 5 pounds since i first started my run, BUT... I just had to ttighten my belt for my workpants on the tightest hole this week. So, I know all My clothes are getting looser in the waist and belly areas and seem to be getting snug in the shoulder region. The body likes to play funny tricks on us man

No kidding. I have been wearing a size 38-40 pants to work and have been constantly pulling them up. I don't wear a belt. If I started to walk they would slide down so I had to hold them up when I walked other wise I would be showing not just crack but A$$ as well. lol I am going to look to see if I have any 36s laying around to try on?
 
Nice. I still have 2 pairs of 36 for "THAT DAY" I too wear 38-40's. Usually 40's because my legs are really big in the quad area o i have to buy pants that fit my legs instead of my waist..lol

OMG HE'S ALIVE!!!!! Dang bro so glad your back man. You were well missed by a ton of folks. I had surgery on that right shoulder over 5 weeks ago. Just started to hit gym back up doing a sick log of Southlands new test booster! Hope your back for good!

Hey man. Those scales read on water percentage. I have a tanita that I use. I can manipulate my body far anywhere from 18% to 22.5% based on water. Want it to go down? Eat a really salty diet for 2 days and drink a. Lot of water. It will drop 2-3%.

Your clothes are you best measure. Keep going by that. The fatter I look from bloat the lower those scales say my fat is. Lol

Tonight was a good workout. Not the best but good. I didn't go for PR's just a solid training session. Since I left our workout info at the gym they some how lost it when they had it in a envelope with my name on it Friday night. So I had to come up with some stuff off the top of my head. So I went with the Push / Pull method so tonight was the Push.

This PCT run will be interesting. I am only using the Subres and DAA-HCG. Not sure how long this PCT will last since I have something up my sleeve and will do a full blown PCT once the next thing is done. I will say this. Last night was the first night I took the subres and DAA-HCG and wow I slept solid. I am not completely shut down. Nor do I think I was shut down much at all. But being I ran the epivar, clen and T3 during this there was obviously some. I guess running it as a pulse gave me the advantage of not being completely out of wack. I am running the subres at 4 ml per day for now. And using 1 full scoop on the DAA-HCG. Lets hope tonight gives me another solid night of sleep.

I think the time off really helped my body fully recover. Still lots I work to do. Good to know the M1P stuck to its guns and didn't shut you down. And as far as my diet. Well I use the Lean Gains (I.F.) diet. On my workout days I eat 2700 calories and for my non workout days I will be eating 1800 calories. Today I hit my mark on the nose by eating natural foods. Which is great. I haven't done that in a while. I tend to use whey protein and or a meal replacement drink with food to get my extra calories.

Our training for the time being will consist of 3 days a week training Mondays will be all push style training. Wednesdays will be Legs, and Fridays will be all pull. Cardio will be done on the off days as well as workout days. Especially for the next week plus since I have the warrior dash on the 17th of this month.

Man with all the stuff i have had going on in the last few days I have completely neglected to update how things have been going since starting PCT. I have had some of the best nights while sleeping. Waking up refreshed and full of energy. I have been running the subres at 4ml per day and 1 scoop of DAA-HCG at night before bed.
 
Best nights sleeping!!! Boy that is sweet music!! Sleep is so hard to come by now a days.
