I get better results splitting my leg routine into two smaller workouts before or after another muscle group. Like ill do chest with squats and straight leg deads on Monday then on Friday whatever I'm doing ill add front squats with an accessory lift, maybe lunges or sometimes leg press
 
I've always read that you need something like 9 caps of prime a day to see results. Anabeta is great, not sure about prime.

Prime is good, yes 9+ per day for 60 days would be how I run it; way too expensive to do that though.
