well it is,along with the other two things coop mentioned. It really is an outstanding product,not to mention the lady friend in your life will be happy if you respond to it like I do

Arginine will create pumps (increased muscle blood volume) but it won't increase NO if taken orally. Ornithine increases endurance, and norvaline increases NO.

Maybe I'm just a non responder then... None the less, love the info, thanks guys.

Never tried ornithine or norvaline so maybe I'll look into AE2 down the line sometime.

Going after some agmatine first!

I took agmatine and my man meat grew four inchs.

I am currently taking SNS caps of Agmatine with a 500mg dosage in the morning with a meal and a another 500mg 30 minutes prior to working out. I take one cap of NA-R-ALA which is a 100mg dosage with my dinner. I drink 3 whey shakes a day and take 3 teaspoons of creatine a day at three different intervals. I was wondering if I should take Alcar as well or HGHpro. If neither, any insight would be appreciated.

Take some of that Na-R-ALA with your Agmatine and some Alcar in the morning. Definitely a nice combo :cool:

I also would suggest maybe adding some Alcar pre-workout :)

If you want powder just grab Nutraplanet's bulk powder and if you want capsules just grab some from SNS. :thumbsup:
 
Gluck on the run .. I've only used sns alcar, it's super cheap

how do u use bulk ? Does it mix well in your pre ?

Its got a sour taste. I honestly don't find it that bad and it is hidden well if you mix it with a pre-workout drink.
