Tonight's workout........
Flat DB press:
60x10, 70x5, 80x5, 90x5, 100x9 (and a half lol)
Seated wide grip lat pulldowns:
160x10, 170x10, 180x10, 200x8
Superset this with 5 reps one arm pullups each arm (yeah...I had to hold onto my arm for support lol. Not that tough)
Then a set of neutral grip pullups, 5 reps
Standing BB curls:
85x10, 85x10, 85x8
Close grip tricep pressdowns:
130x10, 140x18, 150x12, 150x10
Got an awesome pump from this!!!!
My chest wasn't as strong today, haven't really been hittin it that hard lately, haven't been feeling the greatest for some unknown issues happening with my stomach, but I've still been trying to kill it in the gym.
ALSO, wanted to mention I haven't been using any nolva for the past week, just strictly the D-Pol. I know some people are wondering how I can differentiate between the two's affects. Well being pretty experienced with both, I know what I am looking for, and this last week was great. Libido was strong, the boys were feeling full, aggression high, temper short, alpha male in full gear!!!
And this concludes my fun with Muscle Marinade and D-Pol.
