Hey all, so to do with knees I've been on a programme for 5 months involving barbell rows, dead lifts and squats, all of which involve my knees of course. The past two weeks I've noticed a pain in my right knee anytime I do the squat motion, even an unweighted squat! Ive left it for a week but it's still there, those exercises make up 60 percent of my program and I really want to get back to them! Anyone have any experience with this before?? Any help would be grately appreciated, this has me seriously depressed lol
