Stuck on 3 different kinds of protein shakes HELP

Im trying to cut up for the summer and i might buy a protein shake to help with the protein intake cause i dont have time to cook up a chicken breast everyday...im stuck on 3 Jay Robbs Egg white protein...Gold Standard Whey Protein, and Wheybolic Whey protein

Why are those 3 your only options? Out of them, I guess I would go with ON's.

I'm confused, is that a question?

Whichevers the cheapest

Dude seriously you need to try whey 2 build protein from NTBM. The rocky road is the best tasting protein I have ever tried. I promise I'm not just Saying this since I'm a rep.

If you do look into it use needto139 for 15% off

im personally more of a fan for O.N. pro complex. nice isolated protein with extra BCAA's. that would be good with some syntha 6 before bed since it has concentrate/isolate/casein mix. im not a fan of BSN products but i think syntha 6 is a great nighttime protein if you dont like casein by itself.

BSN Syntha 6 cookies and cream is the best protein I've ever tasted.

Number two is Trutein Cinnabun.

ON out of those choices for sure!

Grab some XF UP 2.0 or Protean.

;)

I buy Body Fortress brand from Wal-Mart because it's the cheapest I can find. It works too. I hate Wal-Mart but I like spending less money.

I don't really find the protein from walmart any cheaper. I think it's like 20 bucks for 2 pounds correct?

If you can find a good deal on the the AMP whey get it. Most people on here wont recommend it because of the company that makes it, and it cost more than others. But if you can find it on sale or buy one get on half off get it. Its a whey iso and hydro whey blend, with 20g of protein per scoop and last a good amount. If you only do one scoop I think you get 60 servings in the 3lb container. But ON usually is at a good price.

The Body Fortress at wal-mart is around $15 for 2 pounds. That is garbage though.

Correct.

Meh. I'd take 5lbs myofusion hydro for $30 over body fortress any day.

$30? Ive only seen it for 40 - 50. And the body fortress adds in 3 g creatine per scoop so no need to buy extra. Not saying its the best protein.. I just started using it cause I ran out of my other brand but I go to walmart a good amount so I just pick up a jub or two whenever I go.

I can find it for 30...it's the last of the stock before the probiotic version takes over.

The body fortress doesn't look bad...probably ion exchange but no biggie. It's just the taste that killed me haha. How do you know it has 3g creatine per scoop btw?

Some of my best progress was made while I was using only Body Fortress brand protein. I'm not trying to be some advocate for the company or anything, but it's not garbage. In the past I used ON most all of the time and honestly, as far as chocolate goes, I definitely prefer Body Fortress.

ON is great, but it's not the holy grail of protein powder like a lot of people make it out to be. Most all of the time, it's simply a matter of taste preference vs. a drastic difference in quality.

I am being trusting to these people but they contacted the company in 2010 and they said 3 grams.. I am assuming the formula has not changed since then but never know. I actually dont mind the taste I kinda like it but I guess it is something you have acquire lol. I'm actually not a fan of most protein powders just because the companies make them way too sweet. I dont have much of a sweet tooth prefer something more mild.

If I am reading correct.. you can't cook a chicken breast a day? U have alot to learn bro. Cook all your food for the entire week in one day.
