My vote lies in the realm of a fat burner or gda. I use gda's year round and only really enjoy need2slin and anabolic pump. I'm about to try out slin sane.. But I thjknk the market could use a well thought out and NON prop blend gda :) or a great night time sleep aid+fat burner similar to reduction pm from controlled lab. Perhaps a gda with digestive enzymes.. Eat all that food and shuttle to muscles... Need the enzymes to break it down :)

Licogenix will increase insulin sensitivity, a gda and pre-workout would be a sick addition to the Athletix line up.

I changed my mind. I think the only thing in this preworkout should be Glutamine

No glutamine lol..........unless you guys really want it aha

I think the nitrates will be almost impossible to get, but ill look into it.

Fck the nitrates, let's look at other ingredients and spare our wallets. You know the loyal Athletix fans don't give a sh!t if there aren't nitrates!!!

caffeine, daa, and beta alanine...

since pre's with stims should be cycled anyway... why not throw in some test boosting DAA... the three ingredients i listed would be my choice of a nice pre-workout product

3g DAA
3g BA
2g Creatine nitrate
200mcg B12
2.5g Citrulline malate
150mg Caffeine
100mg Na-RALA
70mg Niacin

$30- $35

1 vote for this guy

I say no nitrates as well. Since I work out late and also like to take Viagra or cialis at times.

I don't no about staying away from n.o boosters though. Pumps are very important next to stims for me

Save the Nitrates for the heart patients. Its where they belong, not it dietary supplements.

We all remember how I feel about nitrates stacked with cialis lol

No creatine no glutamine gets my vote.

I believe yoked has nitrates- I like that stuff.. Not necessary tho. Some aakg Is sufficient when combined with other things

Here is a copy and paste from Iron freaks forum, a couple good ideas for sure.

Houstonlifter

Ingredients:
- Magnesium creatine chelate
- beta alanine
- citruline malate

You put those in with some stims, its all you need. I say simple is good and some of the new PEA analogs and theobromine type analogues are making some great stims as they aren't so smack you in the face like a huge hit of caffeine or 1,3 DMAA.

Denovo

Favorite ingredients:
High Dosed Methylcobalamin (3-5mg)
High Dosed Alpha-GPC (800-1000mg)
Caffeine-related alkaloids

- even just stacking those three by themselves makes for an awesome workout. You could even improve upon that by adding a phospholipid complex, tocotrienols, beta alanine, and some ALCAR or LCLT.

Agreed, I do find Nitrates give super sick pumps, but I've been liking MCC more for my working, at least for strength/endurance gains, the nitrates seem to be a hit or miss, I notice sometimes with in a couple working sets I get so pumped I can't lift what I normally do.

With that said imo Athletix is a company based around maing products that improve strength, speed, endurance and performance, not 2 set pump type products with little science behind it. I think were on the same page

Yeah but they have some hot wifes cough cough sorry JD couldn't resist lol!! I will never forget Canada though as my favorite female fitness girl from back in the days TRISH STRATUS. That girl is tightttttt. JD Houston always has good ideas. It will be hard to get it for everyone, but at least we can try. Every one likes different things. I say take it all and highlight the most common ingreidents used.

Wow JD you didn't crack on me lol I figured that hockey stick was fixing to fly right through my bedroom window haha.

Anyone else have any ideas before we start deciding the formula?

Agmatine
R-ala /cinnulin
Citrulline
Alpha GPC
beta alanine
Creatine phosphate
L-norvaline

Love the idea!

Way too many caps lol

Thanks.
If wanting to not use creatine, use a higher dose of agmatine or carnosine. If using more carnosine (beta alanine) through in a small dose of taurine. Stops depletion. DAA can be used but alpha gpc and agmatine should zone in and pump u up

I really like the idea of agmatine. I lobe it, tho I'm using a capped version.. I feel like daa in a pwo limits who can use it.. I would only use it at a clinical dose of 3g while cycling daa, otherwise I wouldn't wanna touch it... Form x has the daa, I don't see a need to have another product with that ingredient

I would log it JD :) I'll pay for shipping

And no colouring either.... Please. Use stevia as sweetner...less damaging than sucralose. Thanks :)
